hello everyone and especially the women of JoS, because I need their help the most.
A few days ago I was diagnosed with micropolicystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). From the ultrasound, my ovaries look healthy and the cysts are so small they're not even visible. Based on that ultrasound only, I would even think that they made a mistake, which could be possible in this healthcare system. I'm not overweight either, I'm actually thin. However, my ovulation is very painful and I have the classic problems of PCOS such as facial hair, fatigue, sleep issues, brain fog, etc. I also have no breasts and a very undeveloped body.
I have been recommended progesterone. And birth control pill or hormone therapy. The problem is that I don't want either, the ovary is a downstream thing of the problem and not the cause, both the ovary and ovulation are blocked and with the pill you block it even more, the pill just temporary masks the symptoms. Why do (((doctors))) recommend the pill to women who have this syndrome, which goes to attack FERTILITY, the biggest problem of the syndrome? It makes no sense!!! I don't want to. I also don't want to do the same hormone therapy that a tranny would do.
I was thinking about adjusting my diet and start taking vitamins, but I don't know how to start or what to do.
I just want to be fertile, I don't plan to become a mother now, but my biggest fear is to remain infertile and no man will be interested in me. Having had this diagnosis makes me feel like half a woman and I really need your help because it causes me a lot of pain psychologically.

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and I was diagnosed when I was 13 years old. It started when I noticed a marked aggression in my behavior and my psychological inner world which caused a doctor to question if something physical was going on. Sure enough I got a blood test and I was told that I had higher testosterone than what a girl was supposed to have. I also have ovarian cysts and I have had to remove facial hair with laser removal treatment which took a lot of time and money. I used to be able to grow a light beard very easily. Along with a face that was riddled with acne.

I did gain a little bit of weight my teenage years although my testosterone levels went to the point where they to an extent masculinized my face and my voice.

You can invest in treatments that will permanently get rid of your acne and your facial hair. For me personally I had to use accutane and laser hair removal. All of my periods were always regular. I can tell you the best thing for someone to do that has PCOS is lift weights. Detox is also your best friend. Stay away from sugar. You can start workings on a waxing Virgo or cancer or Taurus Moon that can help you minimize the symptoms you are having, to guide you to things that can help heal you or serve as remedies.

PCOS can cause a risk for diabetes as well as height and triglyceride levels heightened cholesterol levels and DHEA levels, which is the culprit of excessive hair. The type of exercise that I've mentioned just now really helps with these things. Insulin resistance is prevalent in women with PCOS and building muscle really helps sublimate this by putting energy that tends to be stored into growing muscle instead. Doing Venus and moon squares may help your female hormones Foster a more healthy rate of growth that will help develop your natural feminine body. For the record Venus is currently in Pisces would be a good time to start this if you are in a position to do a planetary square.

Physical and psychological masculinization often occurs with PCOS to an extent depending on the woman

Another thing I should add to you. I was in your position once we felt like a failure of a woman not just because of polycystic ovarian syndrome and it's masculinizing effects but also because of my general predisposition of generally being who I am which was never typically feminine. People might try to point out to me and tell me that these intertwine and that PCOS May amplify certain things. I'm not saying that it wouldn't but it doesn't in an absolute entirety. I used to hate my voice and face so much that I wanted to go to the extent of feminizing my voice and other parts of me with surgery.

Having an underdeveloped part of your body is not healthy and is a downside of this hormonal imbalance for some women.

I learned to love my body and myself especially when I got in shape and worked out and simply accepted certain physical and other manifestations of me as simply part of who I am regardless of PCOS. Despite the fact that I'm more masculine than a lot of women I'm still a woman and not half a woman because women can be masculine too. Our souls have both energies and sometimes certain things manifest more in a person than the other. There's no way justifies the PCOS disease, but I say this because there's some things that can be sublimated to be manifested for you instead for the better like with physical fitness for example or having advantages with certain things.

It's a long story for me but something amazing a year and a half ago happened to me that showed me why I should widely accept myself with open arms and no longer look in the mirror with self-hatred , wanting to punch it into a thousand pieces. From personal experience some squares also really helped me with this by the way be confident in your self-worth and who you are. You may have PCOS but you are no more or less of a woman than any other woman here or who you may look up to.

This will not help to completely combat the problem, however, I can recommend herbal medicine. Herbs can support your hormonal economy, from what I understand you want to have more female hormones, so I would recommend you in the diet of soy, mint decoctions instead of tea, Artemisia absinthium is good for regulating menstruation, tested on women from my environment: -) I do not know if in America there are also these plants, soy and mint should be available everywhere. And I definitely recommend power rituals to Valefor and observing your own health and avoiding stress. This will help at least: -)

I am not the OP, but I just wanted to say thank you!

And thank you to Lord Asclepius.
A couple days ago I did his ritual as I was very unwell and had to go to the hospital, but nothing major happened and a doctor there recommended the same things you did. Weight lifting in particular.

So thank you!

This is very good advice, but I want to add that the physical exercise can be of any form as long as it is sufficiently challenging and thus promotes growth and overall health and well-being.
