Sometimes I wake up in the morning and wander around for half an hour, half an hour, and then all of a sudden I feel sleepy, and so I can sleep until the evening, and then I can function for a couple of hours, and I can go back to bed and so on every day, but sometimes I force myself not to sleep because of business and after that it's really hard for me

You shouldn't ruin your sleep cycles. It's not even productive. Health comes before work, this is not a feel-good speech, without health your work performance will be worse. I once translated a sermon in the evening, very late, the next morning before publishing it I discovered that I had made many really stupid mistakes. Alternate work and rest. Anyone who does martial arts knows that the recovery phase is as important as the exercise phase.

Recap (slowly) a normal and healthy sleep cycle and you will see that if you don't mess with your brain, your brain will know when and how much to sleep. At least try.

Have you checked if you have sleep apnea? If that's the case you might be asphyxiating yourself in your sleep. There are cpap machines if this is the case. Given the nature of JOS I would suggest learning breathing exercises over using some horrible looking sleep machine. If you have neighbors you hate, I've read playing the didgeridoo is great for fixing sleep apnea and it sounds awesome.

Chronic fatigue can be caused infections chronic fatigue syndrome (sorry its wikipedia). The was also a parasite in southern states that caused the stereotype of rednecks being lazy. The parasite fed on the iron in the bloodstream draining the host energy. When treated the infected went from barely working 16hrs a week (due to exhaustion) to 48hrs. I just can't remember the name of the parasite. Vitamin C helps with iron absorption and cleans of the blood, you might need medications if it s an infection or parasites. Anecdotal evidence been experimenting with high dose vitamin C with omega 3's and its had a huge impact energy levels.

Here is a video I watch when it came out, its kinda long but it gives a good idea of how vitamins effect blood work and overall health.
I Had My Bloods Tested… HERE ARE THE RESULTS! (INFORMATIVE)

Have you checked your vitamin levels? Oftentimes, constant tiredness and fatigue is the result of deficiencies in various vitamins and minerals. E.g. Vitamin B, C, D, Iron & Magnesium deficiencies cause abnormal tiredness. Our modern diet often leaves us lacking in these essential vitamins and minerals.

Not only essential vitamins and minerals, but also electrolytes in general and proper hydration are key. For well-being to be achieved a whole host of details have to be matched to a certain level. This includes every macro- and micronutrient there are. Unfortunately in this day and age the official recommendations are very low, not being enough for adult Humans in most cases. A bit of experimentation and personal needs to be known are needed here.

You need to go to bed on time and get enough sleep.

Walking in nature before going to bed and the clean forest air will help you prepare for bed.

If you often sleep for health reasons, then you can use a short nap, but you should not lie on the bed all day, because your muscles will atraphic, and the lack of active movements makes you weaker.

In order to be strong, healthy and get enough sleep, you need to keep yourself in good shape and engage in physical activity, which you are not prohibited from doing due to your health condition.

I opened this thread I think a couple days ago, I am fine now, thank you everyone!
I see a related subject and someone mentioned the importance of magnesium. I am taking magnesium, vitamin C, D supplement and also invoking earth, doing Hatha yoga and breath of fire. I hope I can be steady this time, that's the key for everything. Also, spinacia oleracea and brassica oleracea capitata made a big difference.
Anyway, I am so grateful to you, thank you again. And @Engineered Transformation, thank you for magnesium reminder, I am really grateful to you.
