Hi, I found this guy (sri dharma pravartaka Acharya)

And he is the head of a group that claim to teach Sanatana Dharma

They claim to teach the unadulterated authentic ancient vedic teaching, is this guy for real?

Some times certain Vedic sources(such as the books, mainly the Vedas and Gita but also others) might go more in depth with some niche spiritual topics than the JOS does so I won’t say they’re totally useless. In those cases, study with caution and if something makes you unsure, you could then ask what advanced members here think on it for further clarification.

I plan to study Hinduism thoroughly at some point, when i’m less busy than i currently am.

I’d also add that studying texts written by Pagan philosophers and the ancient Pagan myths would also fall in this category, another topic I’ll be researching a lot into at some point.

I don't know him at all so I can't pretend to have a definitive answer to this, but a word of caution nonetheless - a lot of new agey cult leaders gravitate toward these ancient teachings as it offers them a great opportunity to lure in the unsuspecting masses who are desperately seeking real spirituality. They then plug them for thousands and thousands of $ to share so-called "divine" information.

I would be very cautious of anyone who claims to have the "real original spiritual knowledge" and then wants to make you pay them in order to receive it.

All of the original Vedic texts were, sadly, heavily corrupted by the enemy and the originals currently do not exist in physical form anymore. So likely he is just interpreting the corrupted texts with his own spin on it and then calling it authentic. Perhaps he genuinely believes it is authentic, I do not know.

The knowledge on the Joy of Satanas is what the original teachings really were, concerning Meditation and Yoga, our Gods, etc.

You really don't need to pay fees to external "gurus" or purchase their materials for them just to regurgitate what is easily available online. In terms of outside sources - read and research as much as you can, but read it with the knowledge that a lot of it is heavily altered and corrupted. But the more you advance spiritually, the more clear it will become and the more you will be able to pick out the nuggets of truth from the dirt.
