How to cure extreme sexual repression and starvation I had for over 10 years (ever since I hit puberty)?
Knowing full well I can’t have sex because of circumstances outside my control. It has been causing intense psychological and other issues.
It also led me to have extreme porn addiction that’s ruining and with porn-induced fetishes that are bizarre, destructive, and totally against my values as a human being and SS.
I want to quit porn too.
God I wish there was an off switch for sexuality sometimes. I feel damaged and sad about this.

You need a healthy outlet for the sexual energy first and foremost. Everything else follows. If you do not achieve this, you can only have partial success at best.
