I'm in an extremely busy season of life right now. Just had my first baby, working two jobs, and trying to save up for a house. I have a children's book that I'm finishing up, and I'm working on a clothing brand. All that being said, I've fallen away from practicing and it's hard to get back into a rhythm and routine. Any simplified methods so I can re-incorporate the meditations in my life

I feel like most of the beginner meditations on the website are good for those who are strapped for time. Or, you could potentially do any of the meditations but just modify how much time you spend on them. I know on most meditations, you can change the number of vibrations, or the amount of time you spend on it to longer or shorter. I would just sift through all the meditations and just build a practice that works for your schedule right now, you know? As a SAHM, I feel your pain on being short for time. Congratulations on the new baby, friend! Wishing you luck and blessings in your journey 💛
Remember that most meditations aren't long in duration, we just have to carve out the time to do them, you know? I know, just me personally, I try to do most of my meditations either early in the morning, or after the kid is down for bed. Just some personal input, do what works best for you, love.

- Basic Yogic Breath ( a few reps 3-5 )
- Void Meditation ( 2-3 Minutes )
- Clean your soul ( 5 Minutes )
- Build on your AOP ( 5 Minutes )
- Foundation Meditation ( 3 Minutes )
- Chakra of the Day ( 5-10 Minutes )
- A few asanas if you can't do the full yoga hatha routine.

This is what must be prioritized in my opinion. Not sure how much time you have on your hands but this should take around 30-50 Minutes daily.
