I have aphantasia, and it's weird to know that other people actually don't have it and they can visualize things but I was never able to. Can I heal it? How this affects my meditations? For aura cleaning meditations for example; it says visualize a bright light all over you.. I'm not able to do that. I can think that, but I cannot actually visualize anything. Do I get any benefits at all?

For aphantasia, work on your 6th chakra and extensions, specifically the rear extension. Of course work on all your chakras, but those ones in particular will help.
Meditation still works, but you won't be able to direct energy as well until you have fixed this.
