For the past 2 months i have just finished the 40 day program but the problem is that everytime i worked on the chakras id feel a mild bubble feeling on my crown and 3rd eye untill i fell asleep but nothing else the next day except a small amount of awareness almost going unnoticed. Then when i finally was on the base chakra i stressed it as much as i could for double the time as was suppost to on the kundalini fire.afterwards it left almost like a air bubble was moving from my rectum to my temple then it stopped. Is this bad? Does that mean that what i presume was the serpent didnt ascending out of my head? What does it meab? During the 40 days id through in a additional 30 minute mediation for the kundalini every week or so. Id add another vibration 2 or 3 vibration ever night on the chakras to make up for the ones i mightve screwed up onand even if i was really confident i didnt. I did some meditation from sadhguru along too. Extra yoga and even in the last set of the 40 days i through in the 3 rd eye mediation in the nightand then a really helpful sadhguru meditation in mornin. And i recently searched for the best rosary i could find with rudraksha seeds meaning the tear of shiva one of fathers seeds that have been recorded and ussed by gurus and yogis for 1000s of years. I will be doing 108 mantras a day on top of the sadhguru mediation, ap, ac, both night and day, hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, 3rd eye mediation and chakra spining night and day. Plus i was thinking of doing a daily single serpent mediation. I calculated that this would be a total of 2 hours a day. But i have to ask my current minor effect of meditation on me whic with every meditation. Only lasted minutes. Does this mean i was correctly visualizing it? It feels like i was tho bcuz at most points of my mediations the world would go still and all my being would come to concentration like that one point of my body was all that mattered and thats all there ever was or is. Or will ever be and my mind would recognize this energy or chakra or watnot was a living breathing thing. Undeniably real. But my concern is that although my mediation felt adequete and well enough i didnt have the same physical pain others did well yes i did and still do feel the split feeling between my soul and my body and all the points in between im worried it mind just be wishful thinking. This worries me because i understand that every minute of everyday counts and if i just go on not doing anything right or progressive im failing father and disgracing him by not giving it all i got im will to do 2 or more hours of meditation. So i suppose sadly all i can do know is use my rosary and other mediations to empower myself, plus hand out the pdfs. And wait. Just...... Wait.
