On joyofsatan.org it says that i have to visualize my 3rd eye but i dont understan how i have to visualize it. Do i have to imagine it being there? And after the ritual for the succubus what does the site mean with being "open"

It's not so much of "imagining" it being there, more of "knowing" it's there and "seeing' it. Picture a white-gold sun in the middle of your forehead, about the size of a quarter. As for being "open" it just means to be aware and not expect things specifically, rather let experiences come to you.

There are other mantras you can try for empowering your third eye, and you can find those on this page:

These mantras work both for the third eye and the sixth chakra, as far as I know, as the third eye is an extension of the sixth chakra.

But I think you still need to at least perform the Thoth awakening exercise first, for 4 days straight. Unless you already have your third eye somewhat open from past lives.

Why exactly do you want other options though? Are you having trouble vibrating Thoth?
