Remember to stay away from fluoride. It calcified the 3rd eye/pineal gland and makes you prone to depression and messes with your sleep cycle. The gov adds fluoride to most public drinking water in some countries, claiming it's for "oral health". Think about it how does ingesting a harmful chemical going to help your teeth? Drink spring water that is treated with reverse osmosis or distilled. (That is the only way to make sure it doesn't have any... boiling water doesn't get rid of fluoride). Also try and find fluoride free toothpaste (like Tom's.. check labels).
Great post btw. Ever since going vegan and drinking only distilled water I have been having the same "intuitions " and that feeling in the middle of my forehead.
