3rd eye troubles...sort of

Well i think i opened my 3rd eye i did the 4 day in a row mediation and felt no different when i was done and i was thinking about opening my crown chakras but on ToZ it said to make sure that you have opened your third eye and im not sure if i did because i didnt feel any different after the mediations
