3rd eye experience

When i meditate long enough on my 3rd eye my astral body begins shifting and shaking violently then i start getting hot, why?

Also, during that time i usually see enemy greys and other weird things, i end up cutting them up with a demonic blue energy. I also see silver smokey ripples fluttering upwards infront of unexplainable designs, why?.

This is an indication of your third eye opening, which is highly positive.
It seems your astral body reacts to the opening because of your heightened bioelectricity, which explains why you're becoming hot.

This comes from a well developed third eye, and is a very good thing!
Continue on whatever you do, and continue cutting the grey bitches up with satanic blue flames.

The color of the third eye is silver, and is ruled by the Moon.
When reached at a certain level, you will start to see shapes like a caleidoscope, and in different colors. Though this may not happen to everybody. As I personally see indigo blue, or a powerful white-gold light mixed with indigo.

This is also where your visualization will be a lot easier and increased, vivid dreams may occur and helps to see the astral when projecting.
