3rd eye and crown chakra

I'm not 100% sure what too expect when I do these, like I think i opened up my third eye every time I go into it I see lights and spinning.. is that what I'm supposed to see? and when i do my crown chakra i feel my 3rd eye vibrating is there something in specific I'm supposed to see
