ave guys i did my 3de eye medatation and i did every thing right and since after my accident i couldnt really medat on the energy to go in the 3de eye to make it more active and now i wane know must i do everything from the beginning

Have you done the Chakra Opening Meditations? If not, do these. The third eye meditation should be done for 4 consecutive days. If you're third eye still dosn't feel active after this, you can repeat it.

If you have done these meditations. All you should need to do is meditate on your third eye. This can be done a few ways which are listed on the JoS. The Full Chakra Meditation, or the EZ Chakra Spin are a few examples.
