Well, that is bullcrap right there because in my past, my xian foster mom fixed alot of whole foods and i drank plenty of milk, and not even a sense of intolerance was in me. What i do know is that, thanks to the website i am about to give you guys, is that it is not the milk thats messin me up, its the "preservitves", that is the result of many health issues.

Now on the subjext of soymilk. Soy, is genetically proccessed and is very harmful. You guys know about silk, the lactos free milk. Well, that hurts my stomach REAl bad. It also gives me gas, really, really bad. The last time i drunk it, i was eating cereal. There was a female voice in my head who said, " DONT EAT THAT". I figure she was my GD, but i still do not know here.

After i took a couple more bites and realize i was not imagining this, my stomach hurted and cramp up REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, BBBBAAAADDDD!!!!. It was so terrible and i realize that Silk is not for me or anyboy, it is literally poisin with a different name.

I have also noticed that when i try to eat healthy, Yehuborim from my school and house buy junkfood for groceries and order pizza and stuff. I feel like they are trying to kill me with this, but this is an assumption, so i will only continue my life and acknowlegde more of my surroundings. When i say our frigde is nothing but a fat man paradise, i mean it to the fullest degree. Hotpockests an all other warm up microwave food is not healthy, and for the people who cannot control this, grab vitamins that you can take to keep you healthy, and MAKE SURE YOUR READ THE LABEL!!!!!

No wonder why i been so bloaty and have stomach promblems. I now know where they originate from, and that is from the Yehuborim healthy lies they try to feed us. I am starting the healthy promgram, i already did when Aldric first posted it. My advice in that affirmation is before or after, vibrate Satanama. My energy amplified an i felt golden. This should keep you warm and healthy, not to mention that golden child everybody dreams of being.

Now, the website below consist of the different names of MSG, an it tells you why you should AVOID THEM, so please check it out. I found that these are mostly contained in artificial foods, or the foods that you warm up an stuff. Microwave and frozen food.

This is totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

There are many other foods that we buy and have no idea about how they were processed or what was added into them. Especially with meat products, we need to be extremely careful. Eating out can be a bad idea even if we are not going to eat fast food. In some of these places, the frying oil is changed once a week or the restaurants serve leftovers. Not to mention the filthiness of the kitchens. I remember an incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made him work and all the costumers that ate from the food he cooked, got severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about what we eat is cooking it ourselves. This is not to scare people away from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I usually feed my cats from my own food if what I'm eating is meat or fish.

I know much of the world might look at the typical Australian in a way that we might seem very laid back and a bunch of 'yobos' (Australian version of hillbilly or redneck) that just go to the pub, drink too much beer have bbq's and seem a bit un civilised or whatever. On the surface outside the fancy city areas we might not seem to know much about whats going on in the world. But we are far from stupid. It is Australia day tomorrow our time. Damn near every flag, plastic cup and stuffed kangaroo sold for Australia day is made in China. And they want to change it to 'citizens day' so not to offend the muticulturals. Thats another rant..

China undercuts Australian small buisness and crafstpeople. I find it fucking hard to make any money of jewlery and other things I make unless I buy some of my supplies from China via the cheap stores. I just can't compete with $2 junk everyone buys. Satan has been warning me to be carefull.

You go to any store here and look under a product. Guess where it's made? And anything made here or USA or Europe is so expensive most average people can't afford it. We have had enough of multiculturalism and political correctness shoved down our throats with the government trying to pacify the people and taking our weapons. Behind that laid back Aussie attitude something is stiring and people who might not look much know a lot more than anyone thinks.

The amount of people myself and others I know get to talking to who know things... people you would never expect to know such things. The amount of people who have seen things in the sky and in their homes but keep quiet out of fear until finding another with enough guts to bring it up and a floodgate opens. a 90 year old man told my mother some things this week that suprised her.
Few in some time have spoken with ridicule on certain subjects around me. I keep finding out how many people hate and know about the Yehuborim. Every day there is more confirmation. Just before reading this post you made tonight on this Chinese food subject within an hour before reading this, I read another news story that mentioned what will happen to billions of people in the future maybe not too distant future when something happens to the fuel and food supplies.

Not China but Japan. My friend has a partner who was actually in Fukushima at the time of the disaster and the meltdowns. He was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I keep missing him in person.

I want to make one suggestion before I shut up because I know Im rambling now and this is too long. Anyone who is able to I strongly suggest you have a look at giger counters online now while they are still avaliable and reasonably cheap. If anything happens down the track they may be hard to get. This is NOT to cause anyone to panic but it is something I have been meaning to do myself for a while. I began cooking for my cats when two came down very sick from eating commercial dry cat food, and by the Grace of Satan, I was able to heal them; one which came close to death.

If anyone is interested here, please reply if you want me to post the ingredients I use and how I make homecooked food for my cats. I will be happy to post this, but I am ending this now as it is getting too long. I will check back here and post what I have learned regarding pet food.

I also want to add that certain over the counter life-saving medications are being removed from the shelves and one must obtain an expsnsive doctor's prescription for stronger and often addictive versions of the same line of medications. One major example is over the counter asthma inhalers. Brother in Satan, Nico, posted here some time ago regarding 35% FOOD GRADE Hydrogen peroxide. This is totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

I have worked in multiple fast food joints and one legitimate diner. I also worked at a bar when I was 14. Everything that was said in this forum is disgusting. I have no idea how you could stand seeing poor people consume the food cooked in these kinds of conditions. It had to have been heartbreaking. Especially seeing people enjoy it because they don't even know. People are so insensitive and emotionally deluded by Yehubor programming that things like this don't even effect them.

That is really awesome that you did the best you could to make the food more sanitary. When I worked at bk the food there was terrible. (Nothing like what you've seen <:O ) They would let food sit in a little phu unit for hours and serve it to unwilling customers. They would also sometimes cook food with no gloves! Once I became good enough to do My job I began going out of My way to make food fresh and coax people into wearing gloves. Business picked up after that.

The only place I have ever seen change the grease everyday was a diner I worked at. Other than that every other place keeps it in the friers over night. The fumes do catastrophic damage to the complexion.

Eating out can be a bad idea even if we are not going to eat fast food. In some of these places, the frying oil is changed once a week or the restaurants serve leftovers. Not to mention the filthiness of the kitchens. I remember an incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made him work and all the costumers that ate from the food he cooked, got severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about what we eat is cooking it ourselves. This is not to scare people away from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I usually feed my cats from my own food if what I'm eating is meat or fish.

Damn near every flag, plastic cup and stuffed kangaroo sold for Australia day is made in China. And they want to change it to 'citizens day' so not to offend the muticulturals. Thats another rant..

China undercuts Australian small buisness and crafstpeople. I find it fucking hard to make any money of jewlery and other things I make unless I buy some of my supplies from China via the cheap stores. I just can't compete with $2 junk everyone buys. Satan has been warning me to be carefull.

Just before reading this post you made tonight on this Chinese food subject within an hour before reading this, I read another news story that mentioned what will happen to billions of people in the future maybe not too distant future when something happens to the fuel and food supplies.

Not China but Japan. My friend has a partner who was actually in Fukushima at the time of the disaster and the meltdowns. He was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I keep missing him in person.

I want to make one suggestion before I shut up because I know Im rambling now and this is too long. Anyone who is able to I strongly suggest you have a look at giger counters online now while they are still avaliable and reasonably cheap. If anything happens down the track they may be hard to get. In order to maximize their profits, the Yehuborim are now dumping vast amounts of toxic wastes into foodstuffs for both animals and human beings; most of this comes from China. Cat food is now being laced with shredded tires, polyurathane plastic and worse. Just do some of your own research on Google regarding this. In Panama, some time ago, children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and many died. This is not conspiracy theory, IT IS NEWS! IT WAS ON THE NEWS! Check this out on the internet. Children's toys form China were laced with lead. Lead is highly toxic, causes permanent brain damage and much more. Animal toys for pets is even worse. There are various newsletters and such that keep people informed about the incessant recalls of pet foods and products on the internet. I encourage you to check these out.

I asked about soy sauce and Lilith told me to buy soy sauce that is from Japan, never from China. I have learned to make my own Chinese food at home. No, it isn't as good as at the buffets, but it is palatable. Just always remember to undercook the vegetables. Many places to eat are no longer safe because of imported ingredients used in the food prep.

I used to work at several diners, including TJ's Big Boy and Friendly's.
These were above average in the kitchen for cleanliness, but even there
workers never washed their hands properly before handling food or clean
dishes. Once, as an experiment, I filled all the soap dispensers to the
very top Friday evening before I left. I had Saturday night off, and I
went around to all the soap dispensers when I came on for Sunday
evening. This included kitchen, wait staff, dishwasher, and bathroom
dispensers. Among 7 dispensers, they went through a grand total of one
millimeter of soap! The biggest day of the week, and barely any soap
used to wash their hands. I normally go through 2 cm of soap in one
shift. This was in 1994.

Another thing I noticed with this place. When I was first hired, they
never had hand soap available for the dishwashers at all. In the 7
years the place had operated, I was the first one to affix a soap
dispenser to the dishroom so people could wash their hands with soap and
water. No one else used it! And I trained people that it was necessary
to wash your hands with soap and water before handling clean dishes,
since you are dealing with other people's germs. No one ever did! And
this trend of no soap to wash hands goes through the whole industry.

I also noticed numerous other problems at Big Boy, where I worked as a
dishwasher. First, people continually ran clean dishes out on dirty
carts. I would have to bleach and disinfect the out-going cart before
my shift. The dishwasher was usually filthy dirty, wasting a good 15
minutes to clean it before running (the management was usually more
worried about getting actual speed out of me; I never measured speed any
other way except clean dishes put away per hour). People often put away
dirty dishes--my standard is, if I can see the dirt, it is dirty and has
to go back through and if I see too many, I need to know why and fix the
problem.

If places like this were doing that shit back in the mid 1990s, I can
only imagine how bad it is today. People running the dish machine
without soap (I sometimes had to spend the 5 minutes to change a pail of
soap or refill an insert). No soap and water handwashings before
putting away clean dishes. Running clean dishes on a dirty cart. I had
to threaten a hepatitis or meningitis outbreak to the manager to get
these practices stopped, yet they still tolerated it. I had zero
tolerance for systemic filth in my work station, and was willing to
sacrifice for it. But in the end, the sacrifice is worth not having to
deal with 80% of the dishes coming back unused, being sequestered and
taking Cephalexin for 3 weeks for a hepatitis outbreak, and the general
negative atmosphere of running a pigpen. Bear in mind I was still a
jokehovian witless at this time.

If the monosodium glutamate, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and
other poisons don't get you, the food poisoning, meningitis, and
Cephalexin will. I advise not eating at any of these places you even
think could have one Yehubor in the kitchen, let alone at the top. And
yes, Big Boy was bought out by Elias Brothers [Yehuborim] early in 1990, and
I did notice a change for the worse since then until they closed out in
1994.

before reading this, I read another news story that mentioned what will

Not China but Japan. My friend has a partner who was
actually in Fukushima at the time of the disaster and the meltdowns. He
was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people
and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very
sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I
have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my
friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked
comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I
keep missing him in person.

I want to make one suggestion before I shut up because I
know Im rambling now and this is too long. Anyone who is able to I
strongly suggest you have a look at giger counters online now while they
are still avaliable and reasonably cheap. If anything happens down the

children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and

keeps one's immune system very strong.

I also noticed numerous other problems at Big Boy, where I worked as a
dishwasher. First, people continually ran clean dishes out on dirty
carts. I would have to bleach and disinfect the out-going cart before
my shift. The dishwasher was usually filthy dirty, wasting a good 15
minutes to clean it before running (the management was usually more
worried about getting actual speed out of me; I never measured speed any
other way except clean dishes put away per hour). People often put away
dirty dishes--my standard is, if I can see the dirt, it is dirty and has
to go back through and if I see too many, I need to know why and fix the
problem.

If places like this were doing that shit back in the mid 1990s, I can
only imagine how bad it is today. People running the dish machine
without soap (I sometimes had to spend the 5 minutes to change a pail of
soap or refill an insert). No soap and water handwashings before
putting away clean dishes. Running clean dishes on a dirty cart. I had
to threaten a hepatitis or meningitis outbreak to the manager to get
these practices stopped, yet they still tolerated it. I had zero
tolerance for systemic filth in my work station, and was willing to
sacrifice for it. But in the end, the sacrifice is worth not having to
deal with 80% of the dishes coming back unused, being sequestered and
taking Cephalexin for 3 weeks for a hepatitis outbreak, and the general
negative atmosphere of running a pigpen. Bear in mind I was still a
jokehovian witless at this time.

If the monosodium glutamate, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and
other poisons don't get you, the food poisoning, meningitis, and
Cephalexin will. I advise not eating at any of these places you even
think could have one Yehubor in the kitchen, let alone at the top. And
yes, Big Boy was bought out by Elias Brothers [Yehuborim] early in 1990, and
I did notice a change for the worse since then until they closed out in
1994.

There are many other foods that we buy and have no idea about
how they were processed or what was added into them. Especially with
meat products, we need to be extremely careful. Eating out can be a bad
idea even if we are not going to eat fast food. In some of these places,
the frying oil is changed once a week or the restaurants serve
leftovers. Not to mention the filthiness of the kitchens. I remember an
incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made
him work and all the costumers that ate from the food he cooked, got
severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about
what we eat is cooking it ourselves. This is not to scare people away
from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I
usually feed my cats from my own food if what I'm eating is meat or
fish.

stupid. It is Australia day tomorrow our time. Damn near every flag,
plastic cup and stuffed kangaroo sold for Australia day is made in
China. And they want to change it to 'citizens day' so not to offend the

and human beings; most of this comes from China. Cat food is now being

of your own research on Google regarding this. In Panama, some time ago,
children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and
many died. This is not conspiracy theory, IT IS NEWS! IT WAS ON THE
NEWS! Check this out on the internet. Children's toys form China were
laced with lead. Lead is highly toxic, causes permanent brain damage and
much more. Animal toys for pets is even worse. There are various
newsletters and such that keep people informed about the incessant
recalls of pet foods and products on the internet. I encourage you to
check these out.

post this as it is serious. Eating out anymore, especially at Asian
restaurants, as they use imported ingredients from China, can be deadly.
I asked about soy sauce and Lilith told me to buy soy sauce that is from
Japan, never from China. I have learned to make my own Chinese food at
home. No, it isn't as good as at the buffets, but it is palatable. Just
always remember to undercook the vegetables. Many places to eat are no
longer safe because of imported ingredients used in the food prep.

In closing, I cook for my cats. If you choose to cook for
your pets, you can control what goes into their food. Unfortunately,
there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding home cooked pet
foods. You can't just feed a cat a can of tuna. I began cooking for my
cats when two came down very sick from eating commercial dry cat food,
and by the Grace of Satan, I was able to heal them; one which came close
to death.

I also want to add that certain over the counter
life-saving medications are being removed from the shelves and one must
obtain an expsnsive doctor's prescription for stronger and often
addictive versions of the same line of medications. One major example is

some time ago regarding 35% FOOD GRADE Hydrogen peroxide. This is
totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know
what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when
taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I
have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also
keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health
and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

dishwasher. First, people continually ran clean dishes out on dirty
carts. I would have to bleach and disinfect the out-going cart before
my shift. The dishwasher was usually filthy dirty, wasting a good 15
minutes to clean it before running (the management was usually more
worried about getting actual speed out of me; I never measured speed any
other way except clean dishes put away per hour). People often put away
dirty dishes--my standard is, if I can see the dirt, it is dirty and has
to go back through and if I see too many, I need to know why and fix the
problem.

If places like this were doing that shit back in the mid 1990s, I can
only imagine how bad it is today. People running the dish machine
without soap (I sometimes had to spend the 5 minutes to change a pail of
soap or refill an insert). No soap and water handwashings before
putting away clean dishes. Running clean dishes on a dirty cart. I had
to threaten a hepatitis or meningitis outbreak to the manager to get
these practices stopped, yet they still tolerated it. I had zero
tolerance for systemic filth in my work station, and was willing to
sacrifice for it. But in the end, the sacrifice is worth not having to
deal with 80% of the dishes coming back unused, being sequestered and
taking Cephalexin for 3 weeks for a hepatitis outbreak, and the general
negative atmosphere of running a pigpen. Bear in mind I was still a
jokehovian witless at this time.

If the monosodium glutamate, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and
other poisons don't get you, the food poisoning, meningitis, and
Cephalexin will. I advise not eating at any of these places you even
think could have one Yehubor in the kitchen, let alone at the top. And
yes, Big Boy was bought out by Elias Brothers [Yehuborim] early in 1990, and
I did notice a change for the worse since then until they closed out in
1994.

incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made

severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about

from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I

was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people
and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very
sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I
have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my
friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked
comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I
keep missing him in person.

One of the number one foods for food poisoning is rice. I know it does not seem correct but it is. There is a baterica called Bacillus cereus that grows on rice and even when it is cooked the spores persist. Many resturants prepare rice ahead of time and they try to keep it for service later. It is not stored at the proper temperature and the spores reproduce and excret a toxin - this can make you sick in as little as 20 to 30 minutes. You should consume cooked rice almost immediately and if you do save it, it should be refrigerated almost immediately. Raw or undercooked pork probably would not make you sick immediately but it can carry trichanosis - a parsitic worm - but it is rare today in the U.S.

There are some home containers that you can buy that are impregnated with nano particles of silver that stop the grow of bacteria. I use them - they inhibit the grow of bacteria in tests of 99.5%. They are a wise investment. I bought mine from the Sharper Image years ago - but they went out of business, it was sold under the name of 'Fresher Longer' containers. I also, bought some from Meijer's department stores called 'Xeonic Nano Silver' containers. I search today and found a set of Nano Silver containers from Amazon that is sold under the brand name of "Kinetic Go Green Premium Nano Silver" they cost approx. $19.00 and would be a great investment to protect your family from food poisoning. I have used mine for years with great success. Good luck and stay healthy.

My biggest fear while working there was burns the counter ran parrellel to the big vat of boiling oil and the hot plates with a tiny space to work between and up to 3 people in there one of who wasnt mentally stable and prone to freak outs. I had a few minor burns but thankfully never ended up pushed into something. Boiling oil in the eye isn't fun.
I worked at one cafe that was good I didnt work there full time, the lady who ran it was a big new age though but at least health conscious and did things better, her food was good I was living in high rent and couldn't afford much food so she gave me food to take home and it was nice and I knew it was safe. Home cooked soups and anything that didn't sell at the end of the day still fresh. Sadly she had to close buisness was bad.

I have worked in multiple fast food joints and one legitimate diner. I also worked at a bar when I was 14. Everything that was said in this forum is disgusting. I have no idea how you could stand seeing poor people consume the food cooked in these kinds of conditions. It had to have been heartbreaking. Especially seeing people enjoy it because they don't even know. People are so insensitive and emotionally deluded by Yehubor programming that things like this don't even effect them.

That is really awesome that you did the best you could to make the food more sanitary. When I worked at bk the food there was terrible. (Nothing like what you've seen <:O ) They would let food sit in a little phu unit for hours and serve it to unwilling customers. They would also sometimes cook food with no gloves! Once I became good enough to do My job I began going out of My way to make food fresh and coax people into wearing gloves. Business picked up after that.

The only place I have ever seen change the grease everyday was a diner I worked at. Other than that every other place keeps it in the friers over night. The fumes do catastrophic damage to the complexion.

There are many other foods that we buy and have no idea about how they were processed or what was added into them. Especially with meat products, we need to be extremely careful. Eating out can be a bad idea even if we are not going to eat fast food. In some of these places, the frying oil is changed once a week or the restaurants serve leftovers. Not to mention the filthiness of the kitchens. I remember an incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made him work and all the costumers that ate from the food he cooked, got severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about what we eat is cooking it ourselves. This is not to scare people away from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I usually feed my cats from my own food if what I'm eating is meat or fish.

I know much of the world might look at the typical Australian in a way that we might seem very laid back and a bunch of 'yobos' (Australian version of hillbilly or redneck) that just go to the pub, drink too much beer have bbq's and seem a bit un civilised or whatever. On the surface outside the fancy city areas we might not seem to know much about whats going on in the world. But we are far from stupid. It is Australia day tomorrow our time. Damn near every flag, plastic cup and stuffed kangaroo sold for Australia day is made in China. And they want to change it to 'citizens day' so not to offend the muticulturals. Thats another rant..

Just before reading this post you made tonight on this Chinese food subject within an hour before reading this, I read another news story that mentioned what will happen to billions of people in the future maybe not too distant future when something happens to the fuel and food supplies.

Not China but Japan. My friend has a partner who was actually in Fukushima at the time of the disaster and the meltdowns. He was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I keep missing him in person.

I want to make one suggestion before I shut up because I know Im rambling now and this is too long. Anyone who is able to I strongly suggest you have a look at giger counters online now while they are still avaliable and reasonably cheap. If anything happens down the track they may be hard to get. This is totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

well i apologize, i did say i dont mean to push any views i simply dont think its natural to drink something thats purpose is for baby cows i also said it was unhealthy to have too much soy in ones diet. you can live with or without it. the things you experienced with soy milk i experienced with dairy milk and i personally dont prefer the taste i dont see it as a huge loss. the times i use it i have a splash in my coffee or tea. im sorry if i offended anyone.

What i do know is that, thanks to the website i am about to give you guys, is that it is not the milk thats messin me up, its the "preservitves", that is the result of many health issues.

Now on the subjext of soymilk. Soy, is genetically proccessed and is very harmful. You guys know about silk, the lactos free milk. Well, that hurts my stomach REAl bad. It also gives me gas, really, really bad. The last time i drunk it, i was eating cereal. There was a female voice in my head who said, " DONT EAT THAT". I figure she was my GD, but i still do not know here.

After i took a couple more bites and realize i was not imagining this, my stomach hurted and cramp up REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, BBBBAAAADDDD!!!!. It was so terrible and i realize that Silk is not for me or anyboy, it is literally poisin with a different name.

I have also noticed that when i try to eat healthy, Yehuborim from my school and house buy junkfood for groceries and order pizza and stuff. I feel like they are trying to kill me with this, but this is an assumption, so i will only continue my life and acknowlegde more of my surroundings. When i say our frigde is nothing but a fat man paradise, i mean it to the fullest degree. Ha.. hard to do, have not found that and don't think I will! Apparently there is a TON more than I thought and it is tricky to avoid all of it. I did find this: If it has a barcode, the first 3 digits-country code- should be 690 for China. The site where I found this didn't specify for food just generally, but should apply for food right? What i do know is that, thanks to the website i am about to give you guys, is that it is not the milk thats messin me up, its the "preservitves", that is the result of many health issues.

Now on the subjext of soymilk. Soy, is genetically proccessed and is very harmful. You guys know about silk, the lactos free milk. Well, that hurts my stomach REAl bad. It also gives me gas, really, really bad. The last time i drunk it, i was eating cereal. There was a female voice in my head who said, " DONT EAT THAT". I figure she was my GD, but i still do not know here.

After i took a couple more bites and realize i was not imagining this, my stomach hurted and cramp up REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, BBBBAAAADDDD!!!!. It was so terrible and i realize that Silk is not for me or anyboy, it is literally poisin with a different name.

I have also noticed that when i try to eat healthy, Yehuborim from my school and house buy junkfood for groceries and order pizza and stuff. I feel like they are trying to kill me with this, but this is an assumption, so i will only continue my life and acknowlegde more of my surroundings. When i say our frigde is nothing but a fat man paradise, i mean it to the fullest degree. Cat food is now being laced with shredded tires, polyurathane plastic and worse. Just do some of your own research on Google regarding this. In Panama, some time ago, children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and many died. This is not conspiracy theory, IT IS NEWS! IT WAS ON THE NEWS! Check this out on the internet. Children's toys form China were laced with lead. Lead is highly toxic, causes permanent brain damage and much more. Animal toys for pets is even worse. There are various newsletters and such that keep people informed about the incessant recalls of pet foods and products on the internet. I encourage you to check these out.

Please do your own research. Satan has gotton onto me to post this as it is serious. Eating out anymore, especially at Asian restaurants, as they use imported ingredients from China, can be deadly. I asked about soy sauce and Lilith told me to buy soy sauce that is from Japan, never from China. I have learned to make my own Chinese food at home. No, it isn't as good as at the buffets, but it is palatable. Just always remember to undercook the vegetables. Many places to eat are no longer safe because of imported ingredients used in the food prep.

In closing, I cook for my cats. If you choose to cook for your pets, you can control what goes into their food. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding home cooked pet foods. You can't just feed a cat a can of tuna. I also want to add that certain over the counter life-saving medications are being removed from the shelves and one must obtain an expsnsive doctor's prescription for stronger and often addictive versions of the same line of medications. One major example is over the counter asthma inhalers. Brother in Satan, Nico, posted here some time ago regarding 35% FOOD GRADE Hydrogen peroxide. This is totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

One of the number one foods for food poisoning is rice. I know it does not seem correct but it is. There is a baterica called Bacillus cereus that grows on rice and even when it is cooked the spores persist. Many resturants prepare rice ahead of time and they try to keep it for service later. There are some home containers that you can buy that are impregnated with nano particles of silver that stop the grow of bacteria. I use them - they inhibit the grow of bacteria in tests of 99.5%. They are a wise investment. I bought mine from the Sharper Image years ago - but they went out of business, it was sold under the name of 'Fresher Longer' containers. I also, bought some from Meijer's department stores called 'Xeonic Nano Silver' containers. I search today and found a set of Nano Silver containers from Amazon that is sold under the brand name of "Kinetic Go Green Premium Nano Silver" they cost approx. $19.00 and would be a great investment to protect your family from food poisoning. I have used mine for years with great success. Good luck and stay healthy.

Oh dear best of gold energy to you, where did you get your little yorkie? My pug was either from a puppy mill or a cracked out breeder that imbred and took him away from his mom too young and the problems that came up... it's taken a toll for years, random out of no where issues of all sorts usually acute and now it's bad and I'm not taking it. Not sure how old the puppy is but you could check her head for any soft spots. It might be some things you already know of but ask me whatever if you think any of what I said could apply! Good luck!

Im sorry that you feel like you are being ignored. I sometimes do not answer questions because i feel like they are already answered and some people on this group give better advice. Please excuse my absence if you posted something of importance and i ignored it. I sincerely apologize. Now, if you are doing everything you possible can, the only thing on my mind is bad planets or the enemy is making your life miserable. My advice, since your kids are seeing things, is to do a banishing ritual, then send a prayer to father Satan, asking him for help in any way. Be open to any chance that you can help yourself with.

Now, i will advise you to keep up with power meditations and now, since you are having a rough time, now is the time to start applying what you know to help yourself out. Every morning, breathe in energy and program it to fit your needs or to seetle your life or promblems. Vibrating runes like Fehu, will help. Again, be open and try to use your own will power to change, if it is bad planets, then just keep strong till it is over, but if it is of the enemy keep strong and do banishing rituals and aura of protection. Matter of fact, every day, about 4 times or more if needed, do an aura of protection working, and affirm that everything is being setteled with your life. TThen vibrate Algiz for protection, and Fehu. Please keep strong, and please do not give in. If there is anybody here that cares, it is me. I ask Father Satan multiple times, that if there is someone who needs help or anything more than me, then to aid them.

Your having a rough time and i understand, just please keep up with your meditations an aura of protection, and start doing workings to give into the change you want to see, an you also have to knowingly feel that things are going to get better so your energy wont drop. I can vouch for what you are saying about the Asian food from
my own experience. The last several times I have eaten at such
restaurants, afterward I have had pain and cramping in my stomach/
intestines. The pain was not from overeating, but instead felt as though
I had eaten something I *shouldn't* have. This has happened consistently
every time I've eaten out at an Asian restaurant within the last few
months, with the exception of the small one in the town where I live. At
the larger buffets near the city, however, it has happened every time. My
best friend with whom I have shared these meals has also had problems,
including nausea, and on one occasion, vomiting.

Also, one time within the past month I discovered a sliver of
thin-gauge steel sheet in my food at one of the buffets. It was
definitely *steel*, (I make jewelry and am pretty good at identifying
metals) and held its shape when I picked it up and flexed it—a piece of
aluminum foil would have crumpled to nothing had I done that. I am just
thankful that my guardian Adramelech made me take a good look at my plate
before I ate the potsticker the damn thing was stuck to!!

I have enjoyed eating Chinese food for several years now and
have never had reactions to it like those I've experienced lately. One
of my family members who's been a fan of Asian/ Chinese food for close to
twenty years has also told me of how the food "doesn't agree" with him
anymore (over the last year or two). So I definitely agree that there
are "ingredients" going into the food now that are *very bad*.

I will no longer feed them any commercial pet food, which was bad enough even before the Chinese ingredients. People pay top dollar for 'rendered' pet foods where euthanized animals who are put to death at the pounds and shelters with poison injections and such, are ground up 'rendered' into the kibbles, along with road kill, cancerous tissues from diseased livestock at slaughterhouses and even worse.

In order to maximize their profits, the Yehuborim are now dumping vast amounts of toxic wastes into foodstuffs for both animals and human beings; most of this comes from China. Cat food is now being laced with shredded tires, polyurathane plastic and worse. Just do some of your own research on Google regarding this. In Panama, some time ago, children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and many died. This is not conspiracy theory, IT IS NEWS! IT WAS ON THE NEWS! Check this out on the internet. Children's toys form China were laced with lead. Lead is highly toxic, causes permanent brain damage and much more. Animal toys for pets is even worse. This is totally different form the anticeptic that is used. You have to know what you are doing, but this [tastes absolutely horrible, even when taken with strongly carbonated soda pop], when taken consistently, I have heard prevents asthma attacks, which are epedemic today, and also keeps one's immune system very strong.
This stuff works, as I have taken it for overall health and noticed certain of my own problems disappeared.

Once I became good enough to do My job I began going out of My way to make food fresh and coax people into wearing gloves. Business picked up after that.

The only place I have ever seen change the grease everyday was a diner I worked at. Other than that every other place keeps it in the friers over night. The fumes do catastrophic damage to the complexion.

There are many other foods that we buy and have no idea about how they were processed or what was added into them. Especially with meat products, we need to be extremely careful. Eating out can be a bad idea even if we are not going to eat fast food. In some of these places, the frying oil is changed once a week or the restaurants serve leftovers. Not to mention the filthiness of the kitchens. I remember an incident some years ago when a cook was sick and his supervisors made him work and all the costumers that ate from the food he cooked, got severely poisoned. We need to be cautious. The only way to be 100% about what we eat is cooking it ourselves. This is not to scare people away from eating out. I'm just saying that we should keep our eyes open.

As for cat and dog food, I would like to know the recipe. I usually feed my cats from my own food if what I'm eating is meat or fish.

Damn near every flag, plastic cup and stuffed kangaroo sold for Australia day is made in China. And they want to change it to 'citizens day' so not to offend the muticulturals. Thats another rant..

China undercuts Australian small buisness and crafstpeople. I find it fucking hard to make any money of jewlery and other things I make unless I buy some of my supplies from China via the cheap stores. I just can't compete with $2 junk everyone buys. Satan has been warning me to be carefull.

Every day there is more confirmation. Just before reading this post you made tonight on this Chinese food subject within an hour before reading this, I read another news story that mentioned what will happen to billions of people in the future maybe not too distant future when something happens to the fuel and food supplies.

Not China but Japan. My friend has a partner who was actually in Fukushima at the time of the disaster and the meltdowns. He was one who was helping against warnings un protected evactuating people and cleaning up damage. He got radiation poisoning and has been very sick. I had concerns when I heard this is he still hot? To this day I have not met him any time he is up this way something happens and my friend comes over without him. Now he may have been scanned or checked comming through the airports but I don't know it is interesting how I keep missing him in person.

I want to make one suggestion before I shut up because I know Im rambling now and this is too long. Anyone who is able to I strongly suggest you have a look at giger counters online now while they are still avaliable and reasonably cheap. If anything happens down the track they may be hard to get. Cat food is now being laced with shredded tires, polyurathane plastic and worse. Just do some of your own research on Google regarding this. In Panama, some time ago, children's cough syrup was laced with anti-freeze, which is lethal and many died. This is not conspiracy theory, IT IS NEWS! IT WAS ON THE NEWS! Check this out on the internet. Children's toys form China were laced with lead. Lead is highly toxic, causes permanent brain damage and much more. Animal toys for pets is even worse.
