Hello everyone, hope you are all are having a nice day. I have a question for you though. Okay so I am up to the yoga routine in the 40 day program and I dont know if I should just do what it says or to do 2 breaths. I am assuming it means 2 yogic breaths. So which one do I do? Thank you all.
Hail Satan!

It says “Do each pose for 3 breaths, fully and relaxed. At the end of the session,
relax fully- This will not take more than 8 minutes. This in total is 45
breaths. Be relaxed and comfortable. IF THE BREATHS ARE TOO
MUCH, STICK TO 3 BREATHS OR EVEN TWO!

So do one of the yoga poses and take 2-3 full deep breathes while you’re in that pose(while relaxed) and then do the next.

Some poses are difficult and dont feel very relaxing. . . So am I doing them wrong? The plough and tripod feel very uncomfortable as they involve some type of upside down to occur. Thank you for your information as well.

You can go on YouTube and look up each pose and it will show you how to go into these poses correctly.
Also Some poses can be modified. Let’s say a pose says to bend over and touch your toes, This is uncomfortable for some people to bend over that far and yoga shouldn’t be forced. It’s about letting the energy flow and circulate, it’s best if done in a relaxed and comfortable state. You don’t want to tug or jerk, you could pull a muscle. So this person could reach to their knees instead of reaching to the floor until they become more flexible to reach farther down.
For plow pose you don’t have to make your legs go to the floor. Do it like thishttps://www.google.com/search?q=plow+po ... WcM:&isa=yThat will make it more comfortable.
