These exercises are necessary foundation for the inner alchemical/fusion practices later. An additional technique known as chi self-massage, is also usually practiced for maintaining proper chi flow.

Today, my parents decided to attend bible service. I'm under their care, so there wasn't an option. I didn't want to attend because of my respect for Satan. For some reason, 666 has been popping up everywhere! I haven't been a dedicated Satanist, since last July of 2015. I went on vacation - which I was the only Spritual Satanist present. I couldn't mediate or do Yoga in peace and it was difficult for me to catch up on my daily routines. For that reason, I haven't claimed myself as a dedicated Satanist. I mediate from time to time, and majority of my time, I preach about the secrets of the bible - while remaining confidential of my dedication to Satan. I feel our relationship has grown stronger over the year, but I also feel like I take advantage of him and not realize the purpose of being a Satanist. I don't worship Jesus anymore and I sometimes I classify myself as an Atheist. I want to study the bible and ancient religions. Where can I find documents and things about ancient religions and Satanism, Jesus, God?

I've recently stumbled upon this name, and it seems to be a realm very similar to what we know as Valhalla. Is this the same environment, but with a different name? Also, would it be able to astral project there?

In my interpretation 11.11 is strongly linked with the tarot, which contains 22 very important cards (11 Major Arcana + 11 Minor Arcana). 11.11 would suggest a transformation of consciousness in oneself, the moment when the Hermit becomes a Lightworker. As Lightworker truth is held and reflected within you and by you. More exactly it tells that you should spread the new found truth to other people. 
333 is 666/2. 666 represents the perfected soul, the Solomon's Temple. 333 is halfway trough the Perfected Soul, meaning incomplete knowledge.
Puting the 2 in connection I think that you received a messege that even if your knowledge is partial, you should still share the truth to the ones who are in complete darkness.
