Doing this before meditation can also help silence the mind:

1. Find 5 things you can see (in your immediate environment or on yourself, like your clothes etc), and label them in your mind.
2. Find 4 things you can touch, and label them in your mind.
3. Find 3 things you can hear, and label them in your mind.
4. Find 2 things you can smell, and label them in your mind.
5. Find one thing you can taste or remember tasting, and label it in your mind.

Do you have any idea why this trick is helpful?
I think I had seen this before for people dealing with anxiety attacks or I may be wrong.
Anyway, I tried it and I think it is helpful. I am just very curious as to why.^-^

Io quando vedo una falena mi viene in mente Lilith, non so perché ma è così.
Spesso quando trovo dei bruchi (lo dico perché c'è tanta gente che lo fa quindi dovrei poter stare tranquilla) li prendo, li nutro e aspetto che diventino farfalle dopo il bozzolo. Per me è una sensazione unica quando si schiudono dal bozzolo e in un certo senso per la prima ora sei tu che te ne prendi cura facendo battere loro le ali, di recente un mio bruco è diventato una falena che ho "dedicato" alla dea Lilith, mi ricordava particolarmente lei.
Ho sempre avuto un forte legame con questi insetti e chiedevo per questo, anche perché magari trovavo qualche indizio sul mio DG.

I'll mention here two instances in which the Gods literally saved my ass. I had many nice experiences with the Gods.

Also satan wouldnt like that you marry a catholic, he would say you will find the love of your life if you wait. Even when you would marry this guy, GIRL do you think what you are doing?? Do you know how much your christian boyfriend slows down the progress of your developoment and who easy you open  yourself to attacks? You have to clean his aura daily his chakras, do an aop for him, so you work for two. Even you should do a binding for him. Also did you missspelled Guardian Demon or do you believe you have an "garden demon"? Push satanic blue fire on the being who pretends to be your guardian demon! And rethink your choice, you will fck you up hard. You are in more trouble than you think! And I know you will get jealous and defend your choice and everything, but educate yourself about the effects of  being with a christian and what the whole choice will have for consequences. Yes satan wants the best for you BUT he wouldnt support you in fcking marrying a christian.
