Is there anyone who knows how to enchant objects/materials? For example, like filling a ring with energy and anyone who comes contact with it would eventually absorb the energy or something? Or just embedding it with some magick or charm. I just really need some idea about this king of thing...

Try to learn how to program energy to fulfill your desire. But the speed of the result is based on your power. Try to do it everyday. It works :) it just takes time. Goodluck.
