Last night I had the weirdest sensation where body heat is concerned.... the surface of my skin was cold which was causing my muscles to tighten painfully but my 'core' or 'middle'  of my body was HOT almost like it was on fire it was weird and very uncomfortable for about two hours before it...

I have also heard of using a pendulum to determine whether or not your target is asleep.... now I do not know how well this method works or if it works at all I read it in the PDF material on psionics that you can get in the files section of the groups... I hope this helps in some way Hail...

You could always try surrounding your self in a white light and affirming "I am confident and worry free at all times" I use this method for a lot of different purposes a light trance is helpful but I have found that even without a trance it is still effective... I choose not to use colors...
