Some of us in Safe Space VT platform have been working on this today, and we brought up her reaction score to over 4000 already! We now have a new goal, to put her profile in the Top 5, or even ahead of me into 2nd place.

Update: We completed the first goal! She is now at more than 5000 reaction score, and her profile is now in 10th place. Update, 7th place.

My reply from a question in VT platform regarding gluttony:

Find the reason, ask yourself while in deep meditation or before going to sleep. Could be you were malnourished in past life, a lot of people were, and now we have supermarkets and easy access to all foods year found so people go overboard. Pendulum swings until balance is achieved.

Gluttony has a few different causes depending on the individual. Could also be your body trying to get more prana, depleted somehow, so a way to fix this (if it is the issue) is by doing more pranyama.

Lack of self-care also causes a tendency to overeat as compensation, nourishing the body (in the bad sense) when there is a lack of nourishing the Self.

Regardless of what the cause is for you specifically, doing more meditation, cleaning chakras, and paying attention to yourself more will go a long way.

Today is Witches Sabbat for purification. As it's a Full Moon you can do extra cleaning just for today, then begin a 7/14/21/etc day cycle 2 weeks from now, the New Moon Witches Sabbat.

And before anyone asks, it's fine that the Moon is Void. VoC Moon does not affect purification.

My reply about where to find KY videos:

I downloaded and bought a lot by Ana Brett, but now hers are streaming only on her website which you can find by typing in her name online. Her husband is a jew so he tries to get as many shekels as possible. I wouldn't mind purchasing the new ones they've put out but I don't see the point in 30$ a month just to get access to a few that I don't have, although I might try the free trial to see if I would benefit from it.

For free videos, go to youtube and type in Kimilla, she has a lot. I recommend trying her Morning Sadhana one as it covers the entire body and all chakras, but you can look around on her site for your specific needs. She also has a website for subscription for more videos, but her customer service is terrible and you'll be locked in for a year, there's no monthly option and no free trial. $300 for a full year which is probably worth it if you're really dedicated to it, but I find Ana Brett's to be more well-rounded, my personal opinion which may differ from others as we are all individuals.

Brett Larkin also has a lot on youtube but I am not familiar with hers, although she is a highly recognized teacher.

Kimilla's are all 100% true to Yogi Bhajan's teachings, whereas Ana Brett's are mixed of multiple teachings by him to create a more well-rounded workout for each video.

There are also a lot more on youtube, for example if you prefer a male instructor, I just happened to find Ana Brett's based on Lady Maxine's recommendation on ToZ when I was new and Kimilla when I was trying to find Yogi Bhajan's Morning Sadhana.

I am still locked out of Revolt, but I will be doing the ritual for Narberius at my usual time today (12 UTC+0). So if any of you want to do it then, know that I am also participating. [Edit: I now have access again to my account.]

For those of you who are willing to risk it, this coming Saturday is the last chance for a Saturn square for a few years. The next Saturday it's still in Pisces but enters its detriment sign a few hours later. Edit: Saturn will re-enter Pisces later this year, so its square can be done again from November 29 for a few months.

As it's in Pisces, don't focus on "Saturn in Pisces" energy, just focus on Saturn and know that's it's at mid-level power.

I did one over a month ago and it really helped me in an unexpected way.

However, bear in mind that this square can cause problems. Ask your GD if it's something that will benefit you, and make sure to have the phrase "in healthy and beneficial ways for me" in your affirmation.

Toz Rituals is currently down, it will be back up soon.

Everyone should save the rituals for offline use. They can all be saved and will work perfectly in case the website ever goes down again. The Shenu rings are included, along with the ability to change the size of the Shenu.

When the site goes back up, make a folder on your computer or phone, and save them all in there. Just right-click anywhere on the page or press-and-hold on the screen on your phone, and save it as "webpage, complete" (this is probably the default anyway).

There will be sub-folders listed alphabetically. Ignore these folders, scroll down below them and open the ritual from the webpage icon.

Element isn't loading for me. I will be doing the Grand Ritual for Zeus in 49 minutes regardless, if anyone else wants to do it at my usual time with me even if not in Element. I'll try loading it again periodically until then.

When I was new, I did this daily for everyone in my life, and then cut down after a while, but I kept it up for 2 years on the most important people in my life, and then did a cleaning/AoP whenever I sensed it was needed.

Today, Moon is full in Cancer, which is a good time to do workings on our family (including pets). You can do a daily cleaning and AoP (doesn't have to be every day, doing it most days of the week is fine).

You don't have to spend much time doing this, I only spent about 1 or 2 minutes per person. A short cleaning/AoP is much better than nothing. If you can't do the extra vibrations, just do the scanning with light. This will help them a lot."

Surya 7x into every chakra will be great for if you're newer. Any multiple of 7 for those with more experience. Don't forget your side extensions too.

For the members who have asked if we are "supposed" to call Satan as Satanas instead, it's up to you. I will always refer to Him as Satan, unless He Himself tells me otherwise. It's been nearly 15 years for me, I have always called Him Satan or Father Satan.

I will use His full name Satanas in formal rituals, but I will likely always write "Satan" here in the forums and elsewhere.

Have any of you made the switch to Dvorak keyboard layout? Evidently you can type up to 30% faster and it is more intuitive, having all the most used keys on the middle row. Wrist pain also decreases.

If you've switched, would you recommend it?
