Greetings folks, I created this thread so that we can share effective supplements and nootropics that have a significant impact on cognitive function and significantly improve quality of life. Today I bought Hericium Erinaceus mycelium (Lion's Mane) , Omega-3, and Brain Health from California Gold Nutrition with Alpha-GPC. I think this combination should significantly increase my mental stamina and improve my concentration lvl as well. I'm new to this topic, and I'd like to ask those with more knowledge just how effective nootropics can be and which ones I might consider using in my daily life? And also, is that worth it? Some people might point to healthy sleep and sport, but we’re already well aware of that, so there’s no point in mentioning those factors here. My goal is to improve my cognitive function and find out how effective nootropics can be, i might use yours experience and opinion

The supplement that is one of the most important is creatine monohydrate. This is even more important for women which most women will not expect. People think that this is about muscles, and it does help with muscles. But it also helps your brain.

The energy in all of our cells is adenosine triphosphate ATP. When this energy is used by the cell and used up, one piece of phosphorus comes off of the ATP. This ATP is not able to be used again until the phosphorus is put back onto it. What Creatine Monohydrate does is it goes into the cells, and it is a source of phosphorus that helps to quickly put the phosphorus back onto the ATP so they can be used again to deliver more energy to the cell. This is very helpful for all of our muscles. But something like 20% of all of the energy used in our bodies is used by our brains. The brain also needs this ATP energy and it is also helped by creatine. Some studies show that creatine supplement can fix some of the problems caused by lack of sleep and help the brain to be energized like they did get a full amount of sleep. Almost Everybody has a serious creatine deficiency.

Another good one is L-Theanine which has some good effects on our brain and our mood. And Magnesium L-Threonate is the form of magnesium which is most easily used and absorbed in our brains. Magnesium glycinate is good for our muscles, magnesium citrate is good for our intestines, and magnesium l-threonate is good for our brains. This is not to say that any of these forms will be useless or not absorbed at all by these different locations in the body, but it is where they are easily absorbed and used.

People have different ideas about what is a good amount of creatine, and of course depending on the size of your body and muscles. Some people recommend very large amounts to build up the storage within the body and remove the deficiency quickly. I think a smaller amount for a longer number of days will be more comfortable with less uncomfortable effects. It will take some weeks for this deficiency to be removed and to start feeling the effects strongly. It will also be much more easily stored within the muscles, so it will take more time before it starts being stored in the brain.

Don't trust me. Learn about this from doctors and medical studies. I won't recommend any specific amount. Make sure it is a high quality and pure creatine from a good source. Almost all of the "creatine gummies" on places like amazon are fake and do not contain any creatine or barely any.
