Simple cursing

Hey guys if I imagine an enemy engulfed in gray and breathe and imagine it going in him and do this for 30 min to and hour will this work to curse him? Or if I imagine gray coming off a rude and going in him will this work too?
Any other suggestions for Sinple curses

30 to 60 minutes is way too much and you'll be there having to clean for double that time.

A few minutes with the same intensity should suffice but it also depends on your souls power level. As well as the strength of your focus.

Whether white, gray or black magick, more is not better. Quality and consistency is.

PS you should consider changing up your name. No need to live in the shadows anymore. Come out, the sun rises.
