Just remember something. Sadhguru was speaking on how one is alone when being with others, because inside is always the one being and that you can't put inside another person... that you come alone to this world and you leave alone. This sounds not that positive, but actually the positive it is, that wherever you are you can find peace by understanding this, you don't need to go away for days to find yourself again, to go on a beach to find peace and etc, you focus inside and you find it.
