chart/time reliability?

In regards to the most accurate birth location data, I have been fiddling around with various websites, both with coordinates and without (just the city name), and it has been giving me suspiciously different data.
Which method should I trust? I am torn because the thing is, both of them are quite accurate and representative. Usually somebody would just go off of their chart that is based solely on their city area, but I am now seeking what is most efficient and integrated now that I have seen the contrast. I understand that coordinates are the most reliable but would I need to tweak them?

Namely, my entire ascendant sign changes along with a couple planetary placements in houses..

Yes, I ended up tweaking them. I entered a vastly more accurate coordinate and got a similar answer to the standard input. The original coordinates were a little off,
but could those aspects be intensified versions of my life that I could have experienced? Wow. Because it brought up specific people in my life in a more intense, revealing form.
My bad. I definitely could have solved this on my own and not made a postI am very intrigued now that I am learning more.
