What exactly is the race of Arabs? Are Arabs white or yellow race? What is the race of Native Americans?

Native and Meso-Americans are Asiatic, clearly.

Middle-Eastern/North African people are generally of the caucasoid type, either orientalid, mediteranid or armenid. It doesn’t make them White as most have about 5-15% White haplogroups in their DNA.

There aren’t clear seperations between these classifications as many if not most of Arabs and Middle-Easterners are going to be a mix of 2 or even 3 of these groups. Turks and people from the Caucasus will also have a lot more Asiatic DNA.

Some Arabs and North Africans are mixed with Blacks, making them of the Black race. Those would be Black Arabs as Arab is more of a cultural term than a racial one. There are also pure Blacks who are Arabs culturally.

I'm interested in your opinion: for example, if an armenian, turkish, or other caucasian boy shows strong attention to a white russian or ukranian girl and eventually seduces her, is it worth punishing them both for racial betrayal? (i mean legal (without violating the law) punishment to restore justice using magic).

I think your energies are better spent elsewhere. These things are to be changed at a societal level and then enforced by a society or government.

Individually spending energy on such things is a distraction from your spiritual development. Although, If it's someone you know and care about in a mixed-race relationship, simply do a banishing spell on the stranger from another race. Use a 40 day timeline until this person leaves, continue if it goes over 40 days. Pick a good date with a waning moon and proper signs and all of that. You should try to help those you care about, not destroy them, and send the stranger away.

I'm not sure what you mean by punish here, but whatever it is, it seems you wish to do this for your own sense of satisfcatory justice. Who benefits here? Who learns that race-mixing is wrong? Whose soul evolves in the process? They're not going to be aware you're cursing them. You'll just be ruining 2 lives and wasting your time in the process as this won't be helping the White race or any other group. If you're thinking of someone you care about, it's far better to banish the guy and send good energies to the girl with those energies programmed to guide her away from doing such things. Perhaps a ritual for Goddess Astarte and then respectfully asking Her to guide this girl would also help.

If it's just random people you barely know, then it's just a waste of your time.

In short race-mixers will face the consequences for their actions through the very act itself. The Gods don't even really get involved, Nature Itself does the work. It's a bit like taking drugs. You individually trying to punish every drug addict out there through black magick is inneficient and a waste of time, assuming you're adept enough to handle negative energies so you don't suffer from a potential blowback. They'll deal with what they have done.

It's far better to focus on your individual development and the group rituals on Vultus Templorum, as these will have the best effects, especially the Group Rituals because the more we bring the Gods down to this realm, the more humanity will heal itself and race-mixing will then decrease dramatically as Divine Conciousness increases in the Gentile peoples.
