Health Short period of delusions, What should i do?

Hello. For four years, I went through some unpleasant experiences. After these stressful events ended, I experienced delusions for about 2–3 weeks, such as thinking that people would harm me, cast spells on me, or that people were talking about me and watching me. I try to convince myself that these thoughts are not real, but they still keep flooding into my mind. I never saw hallucinations or heard voices. At this point, what should I do? I can do chakra meditations, right? After thoroughly cleansing my aura and chakras, I will do emotional body healing work. My doctor prescribed an antidepressant and an antipsychotic medication and I have been taking these medications for two weeks.”
 
For situations as rough as this, medicine can absolutely help. Just be careful when coming off of these, your doctor should recommend lowering the dose and not going cold turkey.

I'd focus fully on cleaning, protection, breathwork and Hatha Yoga. There are certain Kundalini Yoga Kriyas on the PinkLotus site that can help with these issues as well, do some digging and make sure to do very small amounts to start. Awareness meditations from the new Meditation section can absolutely also help ground you.

I'd also recommend self hypnosis. I never experienced delusions, but I dealt with anxiety problems, which is similar, albeit on a lower level.
Self hypnosis has helped a lot. Simply design some affirmations that are there to reshape your identity into someone who: doesn't experience delusions, doesn't overreact to them, doesn't let them affect oneself negatively.

You'll find them going away over time, but it can take a bit depending on how traumatic the things you went through were. Time also does a lot. More time spent without being in actual danger will teach your mind that it's simply wrong.

Cleaning as you said is good but its better to target a problem directly.

You need a place where you can be in peace and quiet for a while to collect yourself. You have been overstressed, and this has resulted in a mild form of psychosis. Not the end of the world. Take a rest, that is all.

These symptoms are indicators of things being unbalanced. Now, you must seek balance again, and hopefully learn a little something about yourself along the way. Take care.

Thank you for your advices. I do deep cleansing, protection, and breathing exercises. However, I had taken a long break from Hatha yoga. I have never tried self-hypnosis; I usually try to practice affirmations, but I will take your advice into consideration.

May I ask one more question? When cleansing my aura and chakras, can I use the Raum or Surya mantra, or should I simply visualize the sun’s energies cleansing my aura and chakras?”

If you're a beginner in terms of energy work, you can just visualize the light and draw energy in through the breath, it'll let you focus on the process and better understand it.

I find mantras are better for deep cleaning cycles, not routine day to day cleaning. It depends on the individual as well.

Surya or Visuddhi can be used to clean the chakras and aura. It can be tiring to use mantra everyday but you can do scanning light method. I find it much more effective than just visualising the Sun. You can read this sermon by High Priestess Lydia, She mentioned cleaning there.

Quotes about the scanning light method:
One should clean one's aura daily. This is done by visualizing a brilliant white light like the Sun sweeping from the top of one's head to one's feet.

What happens with this is after a cleaning, more spiritual dirt, so-called "karma" and so forth come to the surface from present and past lives. This is why it's so important to stay on top of cleaning our auras on a daily basis, as this spiritual dirt will not get a chance to manifest into reality. It can take anywhere from one to several days for what is on the aura to manifest into reality; an event in one's life.

Cleaning the aura can take between one and two years of consistent daily cleanings. Positive affirmations should be stated 3 times or so following the cleaning, such as "I am always safe, secure and protected in every way and at all times.

When stating affirmations like the one above, it is important to feel your aura and soul. Tune into feeling your aura and soul and focus while reciting the affirmations.

Even for those who are new, if your astral vision isn't that great, use feeling. Ask Zeus to send some Daemons to collect the dross cleaned from your soul and to deliver it right back to the scum that sent it.

Visualize the brilliant light descending down into your head and pushing down any dirt, filth, thoughtforms [thoughtforms can appear as chunks of filth or for those who are advanced, you can see them as they may be shapes, symbols, like elementals, or otherwise]. This will be gray or black energy [as it collects], and will get darker as it descends.

Non-issue when energy is raised properly. The issue for newcomers is more on the side of knowing what to do and how much can be handled. Some do well right from the beginning, others need time to adapt. Depends on the elemental constitution.

Hello, just an additional advice to the good ones people gave on here.
This form of feelings often comes from a repressed "you" deep inside your self, like a separate self that (in some cases) happens to run "in background" of your mind.
This happens to people who suffered childhood or past lives traumas, that mean most people in this sick world. It may be or not be your case, though.

In short, you are probably undegoing a stressful moment where your main ego, and/or the 2rd chakra, are weakened. So the emotional side of you emerges, like this inside "self" who cannot discern reality but is made of feelings, so he/she may be scared about the external world with non-logic patterns. It is purely emotional so may be influenced by tv, programming, everything.
Boosting your ego, 3rd chakra and the such will mitigate or suppress those emerging feelings. Sun/Fire/3rd chakra meditations or breathing may help.

As they suggested you self-hypnonis and emotional body healing will help. On the long run, though, rarely things are fixed quickly, at least in my personal experience on myself.
Also simply self-dialogue. Talking with your self and explaining to you that reality is not that dangeros as per those thoughts, may help too.

Internal selves may be heavily traumatized, scared or anxious due to traumas.
In case it happens, ground yourself, boost your ego with fun or above said meditations, and keep calm.

Hello. Aren’t chakra meditations risky in this situation? I asked about it, and someone on a forum said that in order to find out whether it’s harmful or not, I should ask my guardian demon. Thank you for your advice. And I want to mention something. When I’m in an enclosed place full of people, my paranoia disappears. Or interacting with people makes me feel good. The problem starts when I return home. At home, my paranoia increases. Being at home has turned into torment for me and when I’m alone, I feel like I’m about to lose my mind as well. Paranoias swarm into my thoughts. That’s why I try to spend as much time as possible with my family during the day. And there is one more thing that helps. Recently, I went on a nature walk and realized that it made me feel very good. When I returned home, I had a state of happiness in my mind similar to what I experience during pineal gland meditation, and I had no paranoia.
 
I find mantras absolutely essential for daily cleaning, and have done so since 2020, a few months after I joined.
Exactly, i dont know why people make it sound like you are on thin ice always with these things, it only makes people hesitate to try things. Yes there are things one must be careful about and common sense must be used.
It can be tiring to use mantra everyday.
No it is not, try raising your energies before hand or empowering later. it can be used daily If its tiring you out then you are doing it too much. Doing 36x in morning and same at night along with your routine, i dont see how it will tire you. Build up to the vibrations your soul will adapt.

Cleaning is always safe. It will only help make any situation better. It will make you feel elevated. Most problem people have come from dirt and/or weak chakras.

Using mantras will only make your visualization better, as it will raise more energy so theres more energy to feel and "see".
Each chakra should be cleaned and empowered everyday, in different sessions ofc.
 
Yes, you are right. But what I have said does not contradict what you've said. You are right about 36x Surya into aura will not tire you. I should have said it more clearly:

Lady Maxine said that the aura can be cleaned with a mantra every day if one desires, but she recommended doing a daily scanning light cleaning for the chakras. Mantras are great for cleaning the aura on a daily basis (and works wonder when combined with scanning light method), but it sometimes can be tiring to vibrate them into chakras, as mantras do the deep cleaning of the chakras.

Thank you for posting those threads though i have read them earlier, as i said in my previous message if it is becoming tiring you are doing it too much. I should've been more clearer.

I wanted to point out that using mantras everyday is not tiring as you stated, in aura or in each chakra.
For example-
You can vibrate 3x into each chakra affirm that it cleans then combine it with scanning light method it will be more effective and should not tire you at all, which can be repeated again at any time during the day.
This way you are "deep cleaning" yourself everyday and have an intense deep cleaning session on every saturday.
 
Regular pranayama and yoga practice mitigates and, in many cases, eliminates tiredness. Yet still, a balance in raising and using energy is required, as too much or too little for extended periods causes issues. This is what I was referring to above. And this is something that, when newcomers understand, their advancement skyrockets.
