Nightmares

The day i found out JoS i was already athiest but believing in an all powerful God, but as i said in some posts in my whole life many times i felt presence around me, and 2-3 times i kind of saw some entity with my eyes, i am not sure what that it and what and why i saw it

I had always fear related to any entity that i cant see , when i became athiest , at first i didnt believe that an entity exist that we cant see, but the feeling of presence came multiple times which made me believe that entities exist that we cant see

This made me fear them, since i literally many times felt their presence, this caused me to have a huge negative charge related to JoS and ToZ, and i was reading the website while feeling fear and trying to neglect it but it seemed that it comes deeply from me, even if on the surface i supress it ,i feel it beneath

After few days now the fear is successfuly gone, i no longer feel any negative charge related to the teachings here , what confirmed it is the nightmare i just got now, the dream was long and i did not remember it, i did remember only the main part

A man or figure was with me in the room and there was an entity too( she was female), the man didnt talk didnt do anything he was just silence like a sculpture , the room was dark, i saw two masks ( they were whitish in the dark) the entity asked me

Where is the man? I looked at the left one, immediatly it changed and she told me: you are wrong thats me, i immediatly looked at the other mask ( i supposed thats the man ofc since the other face is the entity) and she told me you are wrong im here too i kind of freaked out and looked away i didnt manage to see it in the face( it was a mask and the mask change a bit in expression when she says its me ) then i just looked in front of me in the dark

Then i saw like a shadow in front of me in the dark and i grabed her and she run out of my room while i was grabing her hand and i saw her back since outside of my room i had light on ( even in real life i do that, i let a light on outside of my room) i saw her from the back she was shorter than me had long black straight hair then i woke up

When i woke up i discovered i have 0 fear , in opposite i immediatly realised she was just playing with me in the dream and never intended to harm me , so all the paranoi in the dream was in me, the scene was rather playful, also in my subconscious i had the idea that in dreams if you dream of an entity and see her she will look ugly and scary, and this is first time in my life i see an entity as clear as this

And this time i felt she seemed to be beautiful she felt innocent and feminine and i liked how her long black hair was moving while she running

I am not saying the entity in the dream was real , i am just saying after i got rid of the fear related to demons ( i am not saying what i saw in dream was a demon) this was like an another confirmation that the negative charge towards demons was only in me , and from their point of view they are on my side

I posted this so that anyone here being in that phase where he feels the negative charge towards demons that was programed in him by religion, just keep going , it fades quickly with time, i have just woke up fr the dream 15-20 min ago, and i feel bliss and calm instead of fearful, in opposite of what i would have felt before , in addition i started even questioning why i became fearful in the dream, it was all in me.

I wonder in ToZ terms what are the entities that we see in dreams, i didnt come across the section talking about this yet

Nightmares, in addition to being a side effect of the 6th chakra, are linked to the clash of paradigms. Your being “atheist,” and therefore under enemy influence, conflicts with that of Toz, and the assimilation and incorporation of the new paradigm clashes and creates the nightmare. The unconscious part is “unstable” and “projects” it.

In this case, it is a positive sign. The unconscious communicates through symbols and sensations, and indicates the struggle (the paradigm shift) that must be faced in order to change it. Once resolved, this “nightmare” effect disappears.

When we come from strong or conflicting beliefs, our unconscious comes to life in dreams and shows us what happens inside us when we're not awake.
As we progress, everything will improve. The processes of awareness and grounding take time to be realized, and at the same time, the beliefs we held until recently will try to hinder those processes.

Continue meditating, reading, and studying the ToZ with an open and receptive mind; everything will improve.

Thing is most have this kind of thing when we first become part of toz it could be our own fear or us becoming Jos members many have had sleep paralysis but it could be christian programming trying to get us to leave but trust me you can learn so much by starting also if you're ever threatened by spirits entities a good aura of protection can do wonders for you don't fear it try a 40 days or longer protection ritual you will see

This is true, when I first found the ToZ, the enemy attacked me when I was not yet dedicated to the Gods. I mentioned this briefly in my story about how I found the ToZ. Once we are fully dedicated to the Gods and keep up a solid Aura of Protection routine, many of these kinds of psychic attacks and doubts tend to vanish.

This is true, when I first found the ToZ, the enemy attacked me when I was not yet dedicated to the Gods. I mentioned this briefly in my story about how I found the ToZ. Once we are fully dedicated to the Gods and keep up a solid Aura of Protection routine, many of these kinds of psychic attacks and doubts tend to vanish.

Lol , i am not dedicated yet , i will do it after around 30 days from today for some reasons, but im doing the meditations etc

I used to experience feeling of presence from time to time during my life, these days it came back, i feel presence , to the point sometimes i look around me or behind my back since i get feeling that someone is there or it feels like i saw someone

It happens to me also in void meditation in a more intense way, since the feeling of presence starts to get more " real" and during the void meditation it feels more and more and more real and it start feeling real to the point i start feeling i may see an entity or get touched by it , it gets real to the point i open eyes to stop the experience since it feels like its getting more and more real

I open eyes since i dont know how to deal with it and i feel its in front of me, should i just let go or what exactly ? I just need to know what to do when this feeling come again during the day or during void meditation, thank you
