What if a Phone serve as a portal where our energy goes for it to be used by the ones who take it away from us?
The observation comes from endless doomscroling after which, it is obvious that my energy levels fall almost flat. I've met a real life vampire once and the feeling is very similar after he's done sucking the energy from me.
I've never watched anime until recently when I got a strange urge to check out Fullmetal alchemist. And *spoiler alert* of course there are antagonists they call homunculus' that are artificially made humans and all have the six pointed star on them. And also very Stalin looking Furer. Pure gold.
But the concept behind Fullmetal Alchemist's parallel world is resonating with me, kind of. Could that be that there is a similar but differing world just like ours on the other side of like a portal? And I've always been interested in picturing portals through my art and making a way though the phone to real life.
But then there is a question. If a phone is kind of like a window into the artificially created life scenarios, then what's on the other side what is taking away my energy from me? Is it my body's reaction to such stimuli? Or what I believe is that it goes somewhere. And if so, How Can We Look What’s On The Other Side? And it’s a black mirror. I just want to see the world that is taking over ours. And I wanna film it. Matrix type shit.

Doom scrolling messes up your dopamine levels + you have your neck in a bad position for extended periods of time when your using your phone. It has nothing to do with a portal or some other dimension.

Dude, there are so many references to the esoteric in anime and media. Entire stories can be formed with soft exposure.
On another note, I had been watching old anime intros and black clover had the whole kabbalah diagram IN THE INTRO. Like just flashed on the screen.
I think it was just one of the intros but I can't believe I had watched that anime. they probably put a bunch of shit and programming in the episodes too.

Not sure its a portal but 5G and EMF is not so good. Prolonged exposure can cause fatigue. They also want you to consume as much media as possible to make you feel worse. On the alternate reality part, I do believe this to be partially true. Shifting reality is a thing after all.

When you watch a movie in a theater, watch tv, use the computer, cell phone or anything that you are deeply engrossed in, your brain wave level changes. You enter some level of hypnosis, but there isn't any literal realty shifting going on.
