Yoga #79291 Further input on kundalini yoga

I have been pretty consistent with practicing a daily meditation program in addition to vibrating runes into its corresponding chakra, hatha yoga, kundalini for months straight without fail.

Something I’m starting to notice is this almost full body orgasmic sensation that feels intense. I’m assuming it’s a positive sign but I’m looking for further insight. Does this mean my chakras are fully open/empowered?

When they open up, you notice it, there's no doubt about it. When they are freeing themselves from blockages and are cleansed, they vibrate and you can feel it.
