element invocation

should i invoke the element i lack, or do all regularly? also, can I do element invocations on a row? for instant; firstly akasha, than earth. air, water and fire without stopping. can i do that or should I do each one of them every week/day? I usually do akasha each day and invoke earth element one day in a week. earth invocations are already making a difference. and I wonder one more thing, if i do one element invocation (earth for example) only, will my elemental balance deteriorate? even if I have others enough in my soul but don't really have earth?
