Meditation track for shadow work

This is a track I use for accessing the deeper unconscious. It will bring up some deeper content for inner work. It consists of layered dungeon-type sounds with a low-frequency entrainment, calming the left hemisphere to Delta while stimulating the right side to Theta which should produce some good visuals. The stereo field is very wide for better immersion. Give it a try and let me know how it works!
