I know it's good to have astral senses open but wouldn't it create paranoia if you see a situation that you cannot control, and getting involved with that situation will only being mental stress, since you already know about the situation you'll try to ignore it, but the entities/people involved in that situation are aware of you knowing, they won't ignore, I know every action has a consequence but also every consequence has an opportunity (Sometime you have to take a step back and rest all while figuring out the core of everything).

Meditate and advance yourself, and ask your GD while in trance, or divination. But you need to be advanced enough anyway to get a correct reading, and as you advance, you will know the answer to how to find out these things.
