It's hard to tell exactly how long, but it varies on factors like your health, habits, exercise, stress levels, etc.... but average life is about 80 years or so in a modern country with modern medical treatments. With good spiritual and physical habits I'm sure you can make it longer though.

The working is not complete and you should start over. If you miss a day, you can do it twice the next day to compensate. Energy will carry over 1 day but will dissipate and be two weak if you miss another day in a row. Then you also must start over.

H hey I just tried it again, I was able to create an account and log in on my PC, but still having issues with my mobile. When I try to log in to the mobile I still get the ".well known not available" notification. I'm going to stick to using pc for now then.
