Can I say the reverse rituals in my head I'm very rarely alone, or do they have to be said out loud. Also I am being asked to follow a gluten dairy and sugar free healthily plan, which I don't mind as dairy and gluten make me physically ill. I was just wondering if any one else had this 

I dedicated my soul to satan on the 09th Dec 2015, I have felt his love and my life has improved. How can i help Satan, I have heard that some people helped free demons are there any still trapped, What can i do to return the help he has given me.
