I am back again. I experienced setbacks these past few weeks. I will make up for the time I lost.

TEMPERANCE

“Μέτρον Άριστον” – Aristotle [Translated: “Everything in moderation”].

“Κρατείν δ' ειθίζεο γαστρός μεν πρώτιστα και ύπνου, λαγνείης τε και θυμού” – Pythagoras [Translated: “First and foremost, one must become accustomed to establish control (temperance) in the following things: Sleep, Lust, Anger”]

The existence of Temperance is the ability to say no when it comes to excessive and likely bad things for one’s self.

When one does apply the notion of Temperance, they can become balanced in their existence. This balance further facilitates spiritual, physical and emotional & spiritual health.

The loss of balance or temperance, results further in imbalance, which creates disharmonious circumstances and jeopardizes one’s health in all of the above domains.

A human being not having temperance, is not having measurement and control. As control is relinquished, so one will enter imbalanced states, evil and problems.

Temperance is not pointless or negative restraint; it is existing exactly on a state of healthy and growth oriented level of control.

Temperance, is the art of staying within the range of never trespassing the golden node through excess or deficiency. It represents the Golden Middle path in all things.

It has been inscribed on the souls of the wise: Everything in moderation.

The ability for self control is paramount: For you must master yourself and only then you will master anything else. He who has mastered himself, is the master of all.

Between the two rivers, that of fire and that of water, you must walk as much as possible in the middle: for the river of fire will burn you and the river of water will drown you.

When you learn to walk the Rivers, you will be gifted as thus with three powers: With pure Reason, with pure Spirit, with pure Desire.

Then the three Goddesses will admit you, for you have been moderate, upwards in the heavens.

What are your plans for this weekend? As for me, I'm going to work on streamlining our translation process to make it more efficient and save time.

Tips based from recent experience:

1. Focus more on quality of your meditation, not on quantity. I have almost the same level of progress when I do 2 hours of meditation instead of 5.
2. Do not get burnout! Its best to adjust things little by little until you can do it comfortably.
3. It is very important to meditate when you have done any working. Tune in yourself, Feel the buzzing of energy, feel the changes in your soul and body, resonate!

I messed up today with my meditation schedule. I burned out, as I always do. Even if I completed my routine, I have no time remaining for my studies, help our SS family or leisure time. I was progressing faster compared to before, and I got greedy and ran out of patience. My Guardian even showed me a dream yesterday, and yet I was hardheaded. In that dream, I was driving too fast without the option to put a stop or break, a clear recipe for disaster.

I'll set realistic goals from now on.

Cheers for my very first profile post! I will be more active here moving forward.

My English is not good so bear with it. Last time I was using language correction tool but now I will just do it until I improve!

First thing I'll share is that, I have made significant progress in cleaning parts of my soul, especially in my throat chakra. Last time I had a belief that I'll be just on the shadow in our forums but guess what I was very wrong. I will be more active to our family from now on and help to the best of my ability.

Here's my cleaning routine as well as AOP. This is very effective on my end so I hope you'll try this too if you have not started deep cleaning yet. Credits to those who posted this! I got this idea and inspiration from HPS Maxine, HP Cobra, HPS Lydia, JG Alchemist, Henu the Great, and many more. I can't mention all your names but please know that I am very thankful to you!

*Note: Feel the vibration in your soul and whole being when you vibrate the runes. Visualize yourself as a sun that keeps getting brighter and brighter that is so blinding. FEEL it to your being. As for affirmation, intent is very important as if when you affirm, you are mandating the fact and you meant every word you said.

Don't start during VoC.

I am always using SATANAS in every working since it boosts energy.
