I’m not sure if I’m ready for martial arts as of yet, but I will work on getting up to speed (somewhat literally).
I have to ease into running, since doing it right now makes my lungs hurt (and it tastes like my lungs are bleeding). Walking is good, but I haven’t been doing much of it lately...
Are there any physical tips that help facilitate spiritual growth? I find myself lacking in both areas, so I’m wondering if there is something I can do to help break free of the daily do-nothing-productive mentality I seem to have.

I think I have the same issue as OP (nose clogged, breathing issue, fatigue)... but if I cut out all the foods you mentioned, I’d be left with cooked vegetables and nothing else.
I suppose... at least I don’t drink alcohol, that probably exacerbates the problems.
I’m not sure if I officially had it or not... but I know I used to have cramps so bad that I couldn’t move anything. Couldn’t even move my eyeballs at some points.
