Can someone give me a more in depth explanation about Transiting Neptune making hard aspect with your Natal Pluto?
It is almost an exact orb and I feel I should know more about it.
Also, these past few days I am struggling to get into trance, could it be related to a Transiting Saturn making aspect to a planet on the 12th house?

Neptune has a function of weakness, like Saturn, in the general line. But in this case we are dealing with transcendent planets and the situation is more complicated.
The “quality” of your pluto will fade and/or deviate into what can manifest in your life, observe where your pluto is and where Neptune transits, and the houses with the cusp in Scorpio. You need to check the entire birth chart and other transits to understand how they may manifest.

Yes, the 12th house is connected to this, and during this transit it can happen, for the same point made before, Saturn weakens. Even if it forms aspects with ruler of the 12 or planets within.

Actually Pluto is in my 12th house and the ruler of the 12th house is the planet in the 12th house making hard aspect with Saturn

When the planets, not transcendental, of your birth chart are “attached,” perform at least 1 month in advance, kabbalistic squares or special cleansing or strengthening work to lessen the influence. Even if you haven't done it in time start now.
When those transcendental are involved keep your energy and AoP high.
