Once you manage to sleep enough time, it is important to remember that physical activity during the day is important not only because it helps you take care of the body like a responsible human being but also because it helps you spend enough energy to allow you to be sleepy at night. Many people who don't train their body regularly (a mandatory requirement for humans) and do not go for walks/hikes/runs even on "days off" from training suffer from insomnia because they haven't spent enough energy. Their mind may be tired but their body simply is not tired enough to sleep. During the week, you need both cardiovascular activity like running, hiking (different from a simple walk), rowing, swimming, or playing sports that are intermittent in nature; and a strength-based activity like weight
Astrologically, yes, a square from Pluto to the Sun can affect your energy levels and health. Mental health can be affected with the 12th house involved, yes, but look for further support for this like hard aspect from either Pluto or Saturn to your Moon or Mercury, or to the ruler of your 12th house. Hearing concerns also make sense with Pluto transiting the 3rd house.
Lord Valerefontis can help for sure, as can Lord Buer suggested below. Personally, I recommend either Lord Asclepius or Lord Kheiron because this issue seems to be related more to the mental side and very likely stem from your lifestyle as well, not something externally induced like bacterial or viral infection. In fact, for most people health issues usually arise from improper lifestyles. In other words, pure maintenance of their body and minds. Diet, sleep, exercise, learning, emotional observation, stress management... most people don't handle those matters proper, and end up reaping the consequences of the neglect/abuse they subject their bodies and minds to.
It is great to hear that you managed to get a referral to a psychologist: I hope they're good for you, and that you'll really take in any good advice.
Also, I just want to point out that a full week without sleep is very unlikely. It may feel like that, but the reality is that a human would be on death's door. Perception of time can be easily distorted when being sleep deprived. If you told your doctor that you haven't slept in that long, you wouldn't be referred to a psychologist, but told to go to the emergency department at the nearest hospital. After 4 days, you'd start to hallucinate and get severe psychosis.
I hope you listen to all the advice provided by everyone in this topic, and that you get better soon.
