Now we will see some cleansing and liberating practices with which you can actually begin your spiritual work, we will also see some tips and examples of affirmations.

There are best times and dates to start a purification work, be it general or deep. For the work, I recommend looking at the dates in the Zevist calendar and finding the best one, there is a time for everything, and having the support of the planets is quite an advantage.
The Calendar:
is VERY IMPORTANT to avoid VoC (Void Moon), this is not the time to start anything, any operation started during VoC will not be successful. VoC is only taken into account at the start of an operation.
Cleansing can be done by vibrating the mantras within your soul or your chakras. You can vibrate 'Surya' (SSSS-UUUU-RRR-IIIII-AAAA) Or there is the mantra "Raum" (RRRRR-AAAA-UUUU-MMMMM), the mantra Raum is more suitable for purification. Or there is "Vishudi" (VVVV-IIIIII-SSSSSS-UUUU-DDD-III), I don't have much experience with this mantra, but it should be suitable for cleansing.
The mantras are vibrated for a certain number of times, the most effective numbers being those of the Sun.
Sun numbers:
10,13, 36, 74, 100, 111, 130, 216 , 360, 666
I use the numbers 111 and 130. Higher numbers are difficult to handle and are therefore not recommended, while low numbers such as 10 or 36 are not suitable for this work because they produce little energy.
So you vibrate the mantras and then do your affirmation 9 times. Throughout the process, intention and visualisation is essential. Visualize a golden-white light (like the Sun), which cleanses or frees you completely. You can do this under the Sun (so it will have more power), or near a lamp (it will help you visualise the light), just make sure you don't look directly at the Sun or the lamp.
Example of a general statement:
"My soul/ or my whole being is completely clean in every way from all dirt and negativity, in the healthiest and most positive way for me, now and forever."
Specific Affirmation: "My soul/ or chosen chakra is completely clean from the negative effects of porn, in the healthiest and most positive way for me, now and forever."
Specific affirmation: "My soul is completely clean of all the effects and influences of [chosen person], in the healthiest and most positive way for me now and forever."
Specific Affirmation: "My soul is completely clean of all the effects and influences of christianity (or islam), in the healthiest and most positive manner for me now and forever."
You can create your own affirmations, just remember to always include "in the healthiest and most positive way for me".
The statement should be short or easy to visualise.
Another extremely effective method is this one, but it is quite intense.

Now let's talk about liberation. There are several runes for this purpose, or there is the mantra "Munka".
Personally I use this combination, more experienced members can suggest some other kind of work.
I use Uruz, Ansuz and Sowilo for 48 times.
The statement is this:
"The energy of the Uruz, Ansuz and Sowilo runes liberates and heals me from all trauma, blockages, negative karma and negative influences of past and present lives in the healthiest and most positive way for me, now and forever."
That's my general liberation, the statement is quite long, but if you can visualise it's ok.
By changing the statement you can create a specific job.

This is no substitute for deep liberation, but it can be extremely helpful.
You can have self-hypnosis, go into a trance (deeper is better) and affirm 9 times:

Never skip more than two days. If you skip a day, do the work twice the next day. If you miss two days you have to start again.
This applies to every job you do, after 40 days the job will be permanent, but still not enough so you can extend it to 80 or 160 days.
Always do a release work every day, if you have finished a specific 80 day release, continue with the general one.
The general one you will always do even when you do specific liberations.

Squares are much more advanced and you can use them to get rid of the negative astrological influences of a planet. I started doing some of them after a year from the dedication, but this might be different for you. Here precision, the Zevist calendar, and other applications for planetary hours will be key.
