Question #4934: Do I have to do it before starting a square?

Well, while it is a personal practice I reccomend rasinig your energy before every working. Raising energy is really simple and short. If you can do it, my reccomendation would be, do it.

You don't have to do this. What we're already doing in planetary squares is receiving energy from the planets.

It is better if your energies are shining/vibrating high before you start doing the square every day. This will only make it much more stronger and much more effective.

You can do something like the Kundalini Yoga program every day to rise your energies.

Yes, it is desirable to understand energy, but not necessary if you are a person with high energy levels. but regardless of this, I recommend that you raise your energies before each magical work to achieve the best results.

In planetary squares, it is important to have purified chakras and soul rather than high energy levels before starting work. You will spend a lot of time on the squares anyway, I don't think you need to do anything else to increase your energy. To get the maximum effect, just focus well.
