Unfortunately I have really bad addictions such as: watching adult videos, pleasuring myself excessively and short format videos(reels etc.). And I saw that the moon governs habits so I thought maybe I could do a moon square for it. So my question is how my affirmation should be? And is this square spiritual or material?

However, if you want to make a meaningful change in your life, this magical working will need to be accompanied by action on your part. You’ll need to actively work toward stopping these harmful habits and replacing them with healthier, more constructive ones.
You can do all the magic in the world, but if it isn’t partnered with your own effort, discipline, and initiative to change for the better, there won't be much room for that magic to manifest in your life.
