A1. Yes (way less effective), but the person could see what you see.
A2. Normaly you can contact a demon at any time, some are day, some night demons, so they maybe better contacted at day or night.
A3. It's a good sign you can take your time after yoga meditation and concentrate on this feeling for a few minutes, after yoga you can also do a positive affirmation to guide this energy.
