You can vibrate the runes in another place, for example, in the bathroom or outside.
Active TranslatorYes, you can vibrate inside your head. I've done this many times in the past when I lacked privacy and can attest to it working just fine. Just make sure you've got the sound right - listen to the audio files, and vibrate it out loud once or twice when you have the privacy to do so.
Lead TranslatorThe more advanced you are, the more efficient this method would be but it NEVER be as efficient and powerful as vibrating out loud.
I advise to find a place, even somewhere in your city where you can meditate, like in the woods or something.
Anyways you should not even mediate when there is someone in the same room as you! you should discuss with them, to go out the room when you are meditating, because you can suck out their life force accidentally when you evoke/invoke energy.
