That is total nonsense, the people telling you this are either liars or extremely deluded. Therapy can be beneficial and can be necessary for some to move on mentally & emotionally.
The only thing to keep in mind is to not reveal that you are a Zevist or your Zevism beliefs to those who are without, including your therapist.
