The Mantra "Aum Dum Durgayei Namah" will free you of all fear and give you protection. Ei is pronounced "AY" like Envay.

Please do these in your own study, Durga can as easily make all your fears come to life, fast and uncontrollable. Congruent caution must be practised, some things, maybe or not, are beyond danger.
With regard to the above mantra, it is a force of destruction to bless creation, which a better route is a Berkano and Nauthiz, for safety. These act in protection and endurance. As for fear itself, it cannot be erased but confronted. Any affirmation will put you in a sphere of undergoing said fears, in order to control your reactions and being. Therefore, one needs to know what they embark to and also how, this becoming a more meditative process and advancement.
Rather, this will be one of the positive results of the clean-up. It is not the primary objective.
For me, the fire element worked against fear. The Kenaz and Wunjo runes also had a positive effect in this area.

I have done this without any problems many a times. And while it is true that it will make you confront your fears ,that is th fastest way to get over them.
