I can't underestand how to do this part :(This should be done after the invocation where you write a request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple.)

That means you do a ritual to Satan and after the invocation part of the ritual, you write a request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple. You literally write a polite request for Satan to bless and consecrate your temple. You are free to word it however you please.

After i wrote the request, what should i do with it?!
You write your request, state it during the height of the ritual after the invocation to Satan, and burn the request during the ritual.
