Workings: I performed a dedication ritual

I performed a dedication ritual more than a year and a half ago. I used to practice meditation, but I stopped. I feel like I can’t sense anything anymore, as if my energy has become weak. I practice for a day or two, then I stop again, and I don’t know why. It could be because I’m going through severe depression, or because I’ve lost my passion, or maybe I simply don’t know how to develop myself.

What should I do? Are there any rituals that could help, or a way to communicate with my personal guardian for guidance? I truly want that.

Communication is not really something to force if you are just trying to get back into things.

Of course, you should get back on top of your Cleaning, Aura of Protection, Chakra work, as well as Breathwork and Yoga - all of these will set you back on track and raise your energy levels.

But that's easier said than done, when the problem in the first place is inconsistency.

What could genuinely help is to join Vultus Templorum and engage both socially and in the God Rituals. We are currently on a gigantic God Ritual schedule, where basically any Ritual we are currently doing will have massive benefits in your journey, especially if done in a group.

That, and social engagement will help you receive encouragement, advice, and a sense of responsibility as part of your Zevist identity, which is now socially expressed in such a space.

Best of luck, and welcome back on the path.

Passion is a poor reason to doing things, today I was reflecting on the words of HP, and I thought that spiritual work should be approached the same way as going to the gym, remember Saturn's main principle - you reap what you sow. Of course, people can do things based on their passion, but passions are not constant, today they have one passion, but tomorrow it's alredy different, spiritual work bears fruit in the long run. So it's better to develop a habit rather than work just for temporary inspiration.

You need to build discipline and consistency, only then you will see the rewards of these efforts. You have to meditate every single day, this will help with depression too. Make sure to clean your aura and chakras daily and do yoga as it helps raise your energies.

Greetings, Brother/Sister.

When it comes to meditation, consistency is key. I had also dedicated when I was in high school but didn't take the path seriously until many years later. I remember that I started meditations for a few days, sometimes even weeks, and then stopped them, again and again.

Now, many years later, I can see some of my past mistakes. I never built an aura of protection. I was after power (instead of steady progress), and when I didn't see what I wanted, I simply stopped. My meditation schedule was also all over the place. I would do meditations that raised a lot of energy one day; then did the barest minimum the next. This inflation of energy was very bad, but I couldn't tell at that time.

Lady Pythia had mentioned that depression is a result of low energy. It makes sense. When the energy/bioelectricity in the body is low, people feel "moody," or sad for no reason. In the extremes, this can become clinical depression.

I've noticed that when I talk to someone who drains my energy, I will suddenly become very hungry after our conversation. Even if I just ate... Food (and sleep) is also a source of energy, which can explain a possible link of depression and obesity.

Now, how do you fix the problem? In the journey of meditation, consistency is key. Have you done the 40 days meditation program by our High Priest? It can be a great start!

Then, personal goals can be very motivating (but remember that motivation can help you start, but discipline is what will keep you going). If you want an X thing, you can start building your energies and then do a spiritual working for it. (You first need to build a decent level of energy before you attempt to get things through magic; if you have depression, you first need to focus on that 🙏)

The solar plexus chakra is also very helpful in strengthening the willpower. Focus on it.

Do aura and chakras cleaning everyday, and inhale energy in your solar plexus. Look through our meditations for the word of power you want to use to strengthen that chakra (you could use Sanskrit, planetary mantra, or a rune).

Also, it helps to become a little physically active. With meditation, you can do hatha yoga that brings a natural high and helps you physically and energetically. The 5 Tibetans can keep you physically active, too. Kundalini yoga raises a lot of energy, it's nice to do (don't start with the full reps; start with 30 or less).

And finally, no matter what you decide to do, be consistent. Remember that if you suddenly stop (for example, you start kundalini yoga, do it for 4 days and the 5th day you don't do it), your energies will inflate. This will make you feel emotionally "off" and decrease your desire to do things.

My advice is to start slow and steady. Start with something that you know you can do daily. Let's say something very simple; aura and chakras cleaning and AoP. Do this for a week... then, add a breathing exercise. Another week or less or more... then add yoga, etc.

Eventually, you start opening the chakras and building power and advancing in the spiritual journey. 💪

Finally, for communicating with your Guardian, this requires a spiritual openness that many who are just starting with meditations don't really have it. However, some people have some innate strengths they may not be aware of (eg more prone to lucid dreaming where their Guardian could reach them out).

You could talk to him/her even if you don't know their name. Talk to them and then be open to any messages. But also, and most importantly, start meditating without waiting for their words.

I am fairly new too; from what the well-known members have suggested is to stick with it, be consistent and know that all of us start in a place where we don't always feel something , it doesn't mean it's not happening. Growing and development take time, dedication, discipline and persistence.

As for the depression, there are so many good posts about your feelings being completely normal, healing from trauma, yoga to move energies, rituals to purify. This community is here to encourage and guide in any way we can. Happy to have you here as a dedicated part of our temple. Best wishes to you on this path! There is a particular Sermon by high priest, about percentages of growth accumulated over time....I will find and post here momentarily
