That is, meditation 666, I would like to know if it just increases the energy to drain or if it is permanent.

Permanent empowerment is done after cleaning. The meditation you use will maintain and raise energy and won't drain without use. If you don't do this regular, it won't magically assimilate into your field of power permanently, as the permanent nature of things here is about from the inner to the outer. Nothing in itself is "very permanent".
Empowerment is not a one shot spell neither a couple of 40 days. It takes a whole of advancement in itself so this assimilates and becomes a field of your power. In advanced levels you can produce and have permanent abilities of the soul, given it is open enough to pierce and function. What you do is very good either way as it entertains and stimulates your energy systems and this opens your abilities, and the ability of raising energy and handling will permanently improve.
