The gambling industry exists because of the unaddressed weaknesses of the human mind. In hopes of getting a jackpot, you are actually deliberately giving away the fruits of your work. The house always wins.
If you need the exciting thrill of winning, I'd say donating to the Temple is a much better addiction, because the Gods will take notice and actually help you in becoming a better, more succesful person. You always win.

Hello there, as someone who working with lottery i can recomend u to think that the lottery simply as a game, not as a way to make money. Realize that the casino always comes out ahead and you’ll never beat it, the casino makes money by creating the illusion that you can recoup your losses, but you’re wrong, otherwise, the casino wouldn’t be so successful, and you wouldn’t be spending so much money on it, so, ur alredy lose. If you want to overcome urs addiction, don’t fight it replace it with something else. Shift your focus from the struggle to other activities or hobbies. If you keep fighting the addiction u won't win, so it’s important to find a replacement at the first place. Also, u can chat me personaly, i can give u specific information about that topic, because at work they teach us that we need to crack down on gambling addiction, so I’ll at least try to do that here
