In my opinion, its better to raise energies in aura, as aura can hold all elements (thus all sorts of energies and has both magnetic and electric properties). Yes light body can hold all elements as well but its more "tied" to elements in direction, front point to earth, back to fire, left to water and right side to air.

This is also the reason why people "feel" one side of their body "more" while meditating, imbalance of elements.

I believe this is also the reason, its suggested to raise energies in you aura to attract or repel something, on the page where it teaches how to use runes on Toz.

I raise energy with Fire breath, then with Raum.
With Fire Breath, I feel the energy build up in the lower half, then consciously squeeze it up in the breath hold.
Once done with that and I've got a buzz going, I vibrate Raum with the goal to feel the energy radiate in the aura, body, pretty much everywhere.

This was not the question of the op, and be careful with Breath of Fire as TGAI have said many times as well, this will activate your kundalini before time. Better to use Raum meditation, Satanas, or vuvavo.
